The pricing was a bit much. I booked online, of course... I put in payment information, was satisfied with price i was quoted, when I checked in the was $20 higher than that I reserved for (taxes and everything was already calculated). There was no way to adjust the issue. Though it isn't a great issue, still bothered me with the bait & switch.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The air conditioner was not working properly. It kept short cycling not keeping the room cold enough. And the door wasn’t sealed completely, you could hear everything from the hallway.

I booked on the booking.com app & there was a promotional deal , after the 2nd day from checking out I was charged full price. Also, while in midst of checking out & putting things in my car after coming back to get the last of my belongings my room door was already opened. Nothing was taken but it was upsetting. I hadn’t turned my key in yet.
