Days Inn by Wyndham Hoover Birmingham

Location, rates were good, clean. Property owner at desk for check in very professional and accomodating. Myles desk clerk weekend nights was very professional, friendly, accomodating. Myles went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. The desk clerk, Shawn was somewhat rude at checkout, short with customers myself as well as others I witnessed, possibly new to job. Have stayed many times over past 2 years and generally had a good experience

Juice machine out of order, poor breakfast choices.

The room was clean the staff were nice called front desk due to TV remote not working someone came right on to my room exchanged batteries problem solved.

Only thing didn't like was on the last day asked the male house keeper for a clean wash cloth he replies you check out today I replied yes he then reply no& kept walking how rude so if he didn't understand English well days inn need to put a house keeper that could understand their guests.

The front desk Christian was so amazing we laughed and even though through the Calamity of what we going through it and being a Frontline nurse and having to save as many people as I've saved The Cordial of four is the mannerism of hospitality of the peace in the smile and the great customer service that was given was so soothing that I would recommend anyone to this property because I am a true servant of God or an angel of life love Liberty and care and I appreciate the wonderful hospitality that was given to my family

I believe the front desk man's name was Miles when we arrived for a 1 night stay, he was super friendly! Room was clean and quiet surroundings. Easy access to Interstate. Lots of food and shopping options.

Throw pillow had cigarette burn mark on it but not like we used it anyway. Check out lady was not as friendly as Miles and seemed bothered that I came to check out. Stated I could've just left the key in the room and left?

This wasn't as crappy and filthy and broken down as most of these properties are. The desk clerk was actually friendly, didn't sit there and ignore me as some do and was very pleasant.

It is such a pain in the ass when someone (maid?) comes banging on the door 30 minutes before checkout just to make sure that you are OUTTA THERE by 11:00. This seems to be endemic in the more "affordable" hotels/motels.

Super friendly staff! Room was clean, no odors, and stocked with everything (even the kleenex was stocked) and everything worked. Room service daily. Beds and pillows were clean and very comfortable. Location was wonderful as well. Mall, shopping centers, restaurants, etc all within less than a mile. Well exceeded my expectations for the super low rate I paid!!

Honestly, I can't think of anything.

The friendly staff or otherwise now family was exceptionaly friendly and fast to assist. My room was clean and stayed clean and i enjoyed the fact that i lost 4 keys consecutively and not for one second did my fam miles get upset. Held a great smile and attitude and if he was bitting his tounge i couldnt tell. Loved it!!!

No where to put my shower stuff while washing .

Customer service was excellent! I came in for a family reunion. Front desk was helpful in stores nearby. Very pleasant and professional. My family and I will be back!!

Outlets were minimal. Would've been nice to have a lamp with power or USB outlets. There wasn't a place near the beds to charge our phones.

Remodel rooms, no carpet. Nice staff at night very professional and helpful. Day shift better from last visit.

Ice machine ran out of ice. Hinge on top of bathroom door out of wall, mirror nail fell out of wall but mirror was still hanging by just one nail crooked. Breakfast ok

Location was ideal for my needs.

Gap along edge of curtain by door couldn't be fully closed and the angle of access gave a whole room view because of the mirror location at desk.
