Hyatt Place Birmingham/Hoover

Its in a GREAT spot, chic fil a a block over, movies across the street, galleria right down the road. It was the perfect hotel, very clean, more than I expected, very comfortable

there wasn’t any smiles when we walked in, got the wrong room and couldn’t be fixed. first time booking so that could have very well been my fault, but the manager was rude about it, wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged by her at all

Breakfast warmer could be better. Eggs and meat were warm to cool. I would concentrate on fruit, begals, muffins etc.

Even though pet friendly the staff who were mainly Spanish did not want to clean my room without me there. I'm here due to a busted pipe in my home. My dog is very friendly and we have been here for over a week. I have to tell th to clean my room. I'm at work all day.

Krista at the front desk was Phenomenal. She was very professional and accommodating with a super friendly spirit! Great experience from beginning to end. Ms Rosie made me smile and she was just awesome every day we were there. She greeted us every morning with a smile and made sure we were okay!!!

The location was great and the rooms were clean

The rooms were hot even with the thermostat down to 61. The phone had been unplugged and it didn't work once we plugged it in. The breakfast bar was ok. Things were cold and you had stuff to make a breakfast burrito but no eggs to go in it. Just sausage, salsa, cheese, etc

the staff was extremely friendly- the gentleman to check us in was quick, knowledgeable, polite. the beds were so comfortable. I found this location to be close enough to Birmingham and other parts of Hoover with a major price difference- with it only being a 5-8 minute drive from where we were initially going. the location is safe and easy to get to. I highly recommend staying here if you’re unfamiliar with the area.

Everything was wondering!! From the time we came to check-in all the way through the day we checked out (we stayed 5 days) the customer service was impeccable! Everyone we came in contact with was polite and just genuinely nice and helpful. The location was great. We were close to everything. The mall was across the street, food places to the left and right of the hotel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The highway was half a mile away. On top of all of that, the hotel itself was clean and nice. I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was a noise nuisance, which was out of the control of the hotel was the construction. Sometimes, it would wake us up early in the morning.

Very easy to get in and out. Close to a lot of food choices as well as the Galleria. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with lots of coffee! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room location was close to elevator and we had a few errant noises.

The location of the hotel was Great. The bed was very comfortable. The employees were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast because it was such a variety to choose from. I travel monthly and this was the best overnight stay so far. Keep up the good work and thank you so much.

the elevators worked when they wanted to. there were no sheets on the pull out mattress, so we had to use the couch for sleeping, and a light that was needed for me to do my hair in the bathroom area was out.

It was very clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It was a pretty quiet stay and as well. I will definitely return!

I hated the construction that wasn’t present yet everything was blocked off and the parking is awful. The breakfast could have been better instead of a small to go container with a scoop of eggs and 2 sausage links. I also didn’t like that housekeeping came around 10am the morning we were checking out, we like to sleep in so that was a small inconvenience.
