all fine except the cats in front doorway.

There were resident cats at the main entrance. They were fed and encouraged by the staff. There was a donation jar on the main desk asking for help to support the cats, referring to them as doormen. They could enter the facility at will. I am allergic to cats and it flared up my allergies. I have stayed there on numerous occasions and never experienced anything like this before. It was a safety concern for my mother who is on a walking cane at present, we were concerned they would trip her. If the owners want to keep cats put them where the public doesn’t have to be exposed to them. I will not be housed with them having access to the facilities again.

As always, great location surrounded by every store you need. Great size rooms and very comfortable.

Only thing I didn't like was the stains on the sheets and pillowcases. To add on, it was very dusty in the room everywhere. It seemed as if someone was rushing to clean the room and it showed.

the breakfast was worth getting up early. the "cat head" biscuits; mmmm . . . i just HATE i did NOT try it before the day before i left. the beds are "dreamy." the rooms are BIG and clean and comfortable. i appreciate that i was able to adjust the water temperature. the front desk; Joni & Sabrina were great to accommodate my request(s). just asking for a room on a higher floor. the Manager, herself, was polite and we did chat, though i failed to ask her name. Audrey, at breakfast; makes me want to eat until . . .

the ONLY thing i did NOT like about my stay is that is was NOT any L-O-N-G-E-R?!?

Great location, walking distance to everything you may possibly need. Great staff, hotel was very clean and welcoming. Definitely will stay again.

Some of the sheets had stains on them but I changed them myself. The toilet was very unstable, almost came off the floor. The doors are hard to open and close at times.

Great location right off the interstate and easy to find. Plenty of parking.

The room was stuffy and smelled weird. I had the ac down as far as it would go but it never actually cooled off in the room. Hallway areas were extremely hot the entire weekend.

Nice staff, always there to help and made me feel like home and clean and very comfortable bed and pillows plenty of movie channel access and across street at the Holiday Inn Express last weekend cost me more , bad service two employees called in for work so no breakfast when stayed there just for the reason they served breakfast waited for towels and washcloths for 4 hours ended up going to get myself STAFF AT BAYMONT IS SO NICE AND POLITE!

Breakfast was lacking . No meat, no eggs, only biscuits and gravy for hot breakfast. No choice of sweetener for coffee. Only Powdered creamer

It was next to the gas station. Clean area, quiet area for the most part.

It was loud inside the building. I had the no disturb sign out and staff didn’t knock when entering. I luckily had it locked.

Ac was cold bed was comfy price was great

Well i asked abt staying pass check out and paying and the guy clearly said they where booked up over the phone dw stairs so I went online and booked the same room again so clearly they wasn't booked up paid for another night just to get a some extra time then went and checked out but why lie and others couldn't check in til 3pm

The bed was comfortable & the hotel was clean.

We normally don’t stay at hotels that accept pets (our mistake) and there was a considerable amount of barking throughout the nights. Also due to Hurricane Ida we are sure there are a number of Louisiana residents & their pets that had to relocate so we understand the volume of animals.
