Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Saraland

The room was a nice size as well as the bathroom with it. If you have a family that would like two separate rooms, there is an option to book two rooms with a door connecting them (call the hotel for more info). The location was very nice and was close to some places to grab a bite. The best part in my opinion was the staff. They were all very nice, friendly, and great to chat with. It's really true what they say about hospitality.

Even though I liked the location of the place, there were a few times when it was an inconvenience. When I walked to the gas station nearby, I had to cross a busy multi-lane road to get there. Also, they had entrance signs to arrive to the hotel, but no exit sign, which made it slightly confusing.

I can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t eat there. I will however comment on the hotel itself. I typically stay at the Hampton Inn. This trip most all hotels were booked and this one had one room left so I took it. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff. It was quiet, safe, convenient to Publix, Walmart, Starbucks etc… The price was also affordable. Kiddos to the cleaning crew for making sure the room was clean ! I have a 12 lb dog. All pets stay on the first floor. I was so happy my room didn’t smell of another animal before me.

Was much nicer than expected. The room was very clean. Plan to stay there again on my next visit to my hometown.

The waffles at breakfast were the best I've had in a while. But there was no meat or eggs. Coffee cups to small and had no lids. But why complain since the price was great. I guess I will eat at a restaurant next time.

Conveniently located for shopping and restaurants, facilities were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but good!

Cold drink Vending machine in lobby was very low on a Monday and could use more variety.

Easy to find and near the highway. Very clean and the handicap room was very comfortable.

The furniture seemed lower. Maybe accessible for someone in a scooter or wheelchair. But it wouldn't keep me from reserving the room again. In fact we stayed one week later on our return trip.

The staff was very efficient my room was clean & comfortable it's in a very good location with easy access to restaurants & stores. I would recommend y'all & gladly stay again. Very satisfied customer !!!

There wasn't anything i didn't like.

Room was a generous size and pet fee was reasonable. Most things seemed very clean.

The bed was too soft-my husband is bigger thani am and I was rolling into the middle of the bed all night. The carpet looked old and dingy—was it clean?

I stay here about 2 nights a week for work. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The beds are clean and comfortable and I feel safe here.

It was as relatively clean, accepted pets, and near many restaurants and stores, including Walmart. It’s in a great location.

A desk with a computer and printer on it, in the lobby near the front entrance does not make a business center. That was misleading.
