Greystone Inn & Suites

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Sodas and water are available complimentary at the desk. Breakfast was good. Quick to answer any questions we had. Helped with any issues that came up.

Although the hotel was smoke-free, the indoor corridor to our 2nd floor room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. You couldn't smell it in our room, but the hallway smelled like someone was standing in the stairwell smoking. This was my only issue. But since you couldn't smell it in the room I didn't complain.

The overall condition (cleanliness and condition) of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were great and clean and there was even no odd smells that I have experienced with other places. The staff was AWESOME as well!

There really wasn't anything I did not like. If anything and I am being very PICKY about this was the pillows were a little smaller than what I am used to at other locations, But that is it and I am reaching here!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a truly CONTINENTAL with toast, pastries, coffee, yogurt, some fruit.

While we requested a non-smoking room, there seemed to be a faint "smoky" smell when we arrived. We opened windows and cleared it a bit. When we arrived at our destination the next day, I noticed the clothing I was wearing when we stayed at the hotel had a "smoky" smell to them. That was my only concern.

The property itself was great, well taken care of and the staff was extremely friendly.

The only issue I had was our shower, it definitely could’ve been cleaned a little better.

I came into town from Louisiana to buy a skidsteer. I stayed one night and ended up breaking down after i bought the skidsteer. We ended up having to stay 2 more nights. And it was great. The staff was so kind and very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here agon. Thank yall for all your hospitality

It used to be a first class hotel but it has gone downhill.

Breakfast was middlin. I asked for a quiet room on the top floor. That evening they booked the room immediately across the hall to a family with two loud little kids. I finally had to say something they were making so much racket.

Breakfast, friendly staff, free beverages and cookies. Wifi was great, everything was already in your room. Nice TV, refrigerator, and microwave. Comfortable bed.

There was a spider that fell on me. The carpet made our feet black 15 min after taking showers.

Breakfast was adequate; the inn was easy to get to from the interstate, but far enough away that you didn't hear the noise of the interstate. Hardly any traffic on the side roads to the inn.

The only thing I didn't like was the bright light down below pointed at the hotel. The thick curtains kept the light out, but if I wanted to look out the window, the light was blinding.

Best kept secret that is close to Tuscaloosa. Check in was seamless. Room was very spacious clean and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend to other and will definitely book another stay for my next trip.
