Lady at the front desk was very nice and she ensured that all the 4 rooms were adjacent. She called us ahead to make sure we are coming. Also, she ensured we have the understanding of the floor map to navigate to our rooms easily. Well maintained room with microwave and mini fridge. Property close to gas station was good. Getting a breakfast is nice as in the morning there is always a rush to reach you destination and not searching for grab and go is one less item to worry.

I wish the wash basin was in bathroom. Since the wash basin was outside of bathroom in the room, the water could spill on the carpet and we may end up getting charged. While having a wash basin outside of bathroom is good and helps save time when the bathroom is occupied but accidental water spilling can occur. Regarding the breakfast, I wish they should start giving options for vegetarian. So, if someone doesnt eat ham or chicken then they could substitute it with other options. Options for vegetarian should be provided like oats, muffins, pastry, vegetable spring rolls, coffee etc.

Overly staff, excellent renovated room, tasteful decor, all facilities in good shape and breakfast too! “Mike” in particular seemed to really take his work seriously and impressed us. Dead quiet room, dark, great condition, spacious and well lit!

Breakfast carried a bit each day depending on availability and person setting up, but great overall.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. An unexpected bonus was a free plug in elctrical charger for my plug-in hybrid. The breakfast was a real breakfast with pancakes, sausage and eggs available.

No elevator to the second floor, however the clerk was able to switch us to a ground floor room, we forfeited having two beds, but were very appreciative of the desk clerk.

The interior of the room was very nice

Inside the room was perfect... The exterior of the facility left a lil to be desired as well as the cleanliness of the halls, the property was in poor condition... The front desk staff was extremely rude and uninformed, cutting off the customer in mid sentence/question and not directly answering the customers concerns... Be prepared to be double charged for the room itself with little to no explanation as to why, in addition to providing a $200 deposit upon check in... My stay was on 8-7 to 8-8, it is now 8-10 and none of the extra charges have been returned to my account, when I inquired to why, the staff was again rude and had no direct answer for me.

Love there breakfast Just wish they would have more food options is all and also they need the workers to check to see if they are out of food once in a while due to some people not telling them until it's late and it takes a while just for the food to cook and also need to restock also

I had requested a remodeled room and glad I did. It was so new they had not yet installed the closet clothes rack, shelf etc. The breakfast included was nice with numerous options.

The hall carpet was old and filthy, as was the interior stairway from parking lot.I realize they will eventually be redone after the remaining rooms are remodeled.

Staff. Location. Price. Excellent King size room. Side note: I had accidentally left a couple of items in my room so I called to see if they would check and if find I can pick up on my way back through 5 days later and sure enough, they had my items waiting. I appreciated their effort.

Need to get rid of old, old, simple digital alarm clock and upgrade to combo clock/charging station.

very convenient location for what I want in a motel. Stores and eating places close by.

Where I have to park, handicap parking, there’s an incline at the back of the car. I have lost my balance while unloading and loading and about fell. Since I’ve been there several times now, I’m extra careful.

The front desk clerk, Mike, was absolutely the best! He was so friendly and helpful and if he didn’t know how to do something he made sure he found someone who did. He made you feel like part of the family!

The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. One of the doors in the hallway to another room kept beeping the whole time I was there.

Like the location. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was just okay. Would have liked fresh fruit and more variety of yogurt.

Breakfast could be better. More variety of fruit and yogurt.
