Appreciate the staff very much Greg, the manager, and all the staff there at the front desk Tony, and the waitress at the restaurant Cathy were very helpful. Unfortunately I had came in late on a day that I reserved and they were able to refund my money and accommodate me for being late with the same room that I reserved prior. Thanks to the entire staff really made it comfortable for use while on business

The location is fantastic for a stopover between Portland and LA. There’s a quiet Chevron right across the street and Inn N Out just a couple minutes up the road. The staff is friendly and breakfast was great. It’s a convenient location but also nestled up against a natural area and on a quiet street so it has the unique quality of being quiet *and* easy to get to.

The bathroom felt kind of shabby for what we paid and our toilet was really slow to flush- kind of nerve wracking when you’re traveling with kids actually.

Great breakfast cooked to order by a chef who knows what he's doing! Amazing table service by Cathy!! Makes an actual great tasting cup of DECAF! Never knew that was even possible. Also noticed that she sat guests as socially distanced as possible. Give this lady a big fat raise!

Stayed 2x both heading to and returning from SoCal. Liked the "sealed" doors that let us know the room was fully sanitized. Unfortunately, the seals were not there on the way home. Liked the sign requiring masks on the entry door. Very disappointed that this rule was not enforced and far too many guests were walking around unmasked while indoors in common areas. We also changed return booking to here from a hotel in Ashland and made the front desk aware. Disappointed that they neglected to carry our request for extra pillows forward to the subsequent booking and we had to call down and ask again.

Staff was awesome!! Our view was amazing and the bed was cozy. Restaurant was great service and food both, we enjoyed breakfast. Very good and great portions.

The remote control to the TV wasn't great. Not very responsive. Also the comforter slipped off very easy through out the night BUT, we asked for an additional blanket and that worked out alot better.

It was smack dab in the middle of everything I wanted to do! And yet I still felt like I was right outside of the town. Even though it's right off the major highway I did not hear anything! Even when I was in the hot tub, I didn't hear any traffic from the main highway. It has a chevron right beside it for gas and food and grocery store for whatever you might need. Having the freeway just right across the way, made it very easy to get everything done.

Breakfast was delicious and I loved the view of the river from my room.

I tried to book direct for same rate as through Booking.com at the HOTEL to get credit for my Hilton Honors membership and they would not let me do that. I think you should still get points for membership regardless of HOW you book the room.

The bed was comfortable. The chairs were comfortable. The room was clean

The coffee maker did not work. Even if it did, they left enough coffee for one cup and and one creamer each. Water bottles were $2.50 each. No breakfast. Very stingy and not complementary. Not much better than a Best Western. I expected better.

Great staff! Clean, reasonably priced place to stay driving north to south on I-5. My daughter had stayed here twice before and strongly recommended it. We had a problem with our Booking.com reservation, and the staff called us while we were en route to resolve the situation for us. This on a very busy night for them because of the wildfires; we would have lost our room if they hadn't taken this extra step. This hotel will now be our regular stopping point between the two cities where members of our family live.

When making the reservation in Jan. For this weekend. I asked if we please could get a top floor room. They usually are quiet. When we got there, they said no they did not have one.
