Hampton Inn & Suites Buellton/Santa Ynez Valley, Ca

The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. They were friendly and made sure everything was available for the guest. Always made sure we were happy and comfortable. Finished breakfast full and smiling.

The receptionist at check-in told us we needed to call Hampton Inn directly to make any request for close rooms and we had to explain all the details why the request was given. After making us upset, she finally found us some agreeable rooms. Then she forgot to give us keys to our 2nd room. This person needs more training plus PR skills with guests. All other staff was cordial and pleasant.

Very clean and quiet! This is the spot:) to be honest I came here on a recommendation and was completely satisfied. The pool was amazing the fire pits are epic with comfy seating. The scene ar wound the property is so quaint! Beautiful old barn in the neighbor property. “Who knew” well I do now.

The property was fine. It was a nice location and the rooms were clean.

What I did not like was for 300+ dollars a night I had to ask to have my room cleaned instead of it being automatic. When I checked in, I was never told that, however, there was a small sign on the mirror in the bathroom. That said I had request room service. And the staff was quasi cooperative

This was a great hotel close to Solvang and surrounding areas. It was clean and new. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pits at night! It also had an excellent hot breakfast with a good variety of foods to chose from.

The room was close to the elevator and we could hear it beep every time the doors opened. Also the walls were thin so we could at times hear guests in the room next to us and from the floor above.

Very friendly staff and immaculate room. Beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, we travel a lot. Your hotel exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend to others! My 86-year-old mother can’t wait for our next vacation. Now she won’t stay anywhere else.

I can’t think of one thing that we did not like about your property. Everything was perfect.

It was fine

I requested a handicapped room, didn’t have one that I requested connecting to the other room we had for family! Also my handicapped room had a tub/ shower, Many handicapped , like me, can’t get in the shower because of the high tub entrance to the tub. I couldn’t take a shower!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was so nice and very clean. I thought it was a brand new hotel, but was told it was 5 years old. I loved that it was dog friendly. The room was large and comfortable. I will defiantly stay there again.

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The pool was supposedly heated but still very cold. The pool was also very dirty. The jacuzzi was closed at the time, so that was also a bummer but expected due to covid. They only had one staff member working during most of our stay. So we had to wait quite a bit for help when we called for sheets and toilet paper. They also charged me more than the booking.com price but they were able to adjust the pricing after a few days.

This location was very clean.

This location used to have these amazing smoothies and my husband and I were looking forward to them very much, however when we came down for breakfast they were no longer there. Our hearts hurt a bit. It is what set this location apart from other locations we have been to. They should consider being them back.

Friendly staff and facility cleanliness. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are appreciated. breakfast was good but has room for improvement.
