Lotus of Lompoc - A Great Hospitality Inn

I didn't like the fact that there was a 100.00 deposit when you check into this motel. No signage anywhere on the premises or on booking.com and that it would take up to 5 days for the money to go back on my card

I recently stayed for a week on business. I thought it great value. The room was kept spotless and well serviced, the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The office staff were friendly and the Wi-Fi adequate. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I just do the coffee and I have to say that the brew in the room suited me just fine

The Wi-Fi could have had more juice and another coffee serving great and I would not object to paying more it

this is a motel and it's far from fancy, but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. a great value!

I prefer hotels with hall way entrances, but the front desk made sure we, as two women traveling together, had an upstairs room. the doors have bolt locks--just happened that the one to our room needs replacing. also, the hair dryer blows only cold air, and the coffee maker doesn’t work with the type of coffee packets provided.

Economical--clean--hard flooring a great idea, more should do it, carpets in general do not get cleaned near often enough. The exterior could use an upgrade, but pricey I know--so minimum it needs paint/color change and stucco work. TDC

Read the upgrade comment above, only mild complaint--one bed had a fitted sheet, mine had a queen non fitted on a double bed, that bunched during the night. TDC

I didn't like that . The shower curtain was ripped. Water was going out . The paint in the bathroom was not a good look . The panels in the bathroom needed fresh paint. The first time ,I was there the room was really nice. But this room needs some taking care of .

We were able to check in early. The bathroom floor in room 106 radiated heat, as if it were a heated floor. I think this kept the room a bit warmer than wanted. The AC didn't seem to be that cold so we had to open the window to sleep. Glad there was fan in the room.

I am very tall, and the showerhead was high enough for me so I wouldn't hit my head on it. The shower was very clean and had nice water pressure.

There wasn't any way to indicate to the cleaning staff that we needed the room made up for the day, we had to seek them out to get clean towels. I was also disappointed that they no longer have breakfast available.

I like the location . Close to the beach 16 mins away . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay . I will be coming back to stay again . Thank you

The bathroom. The water came out the tub to the floor . The curtain was too small . There is no screen on the window to open .

Quiet, clean, lots of pillows, comfy bed, nice staff, and had everything I needed. Conveniently located across the street from the hospital I worked at. No suspicious activity or loud noise at the hotel or surrounding neighborhood.

Maybe a few more sugar packets for the coffee maker in the room. It wasn't a big deal.

Older. Still pretty clean quiet no issues. There are some people around that are little down on their luck, but harmless and nice.

If you're looking for a new hotel really nice this isn't it. Fine and safe for a construction worker like me probably not the place for families and solo woman traveling.
