I loved how comfortable the bed was, the decor was so cute and made me feel good after a long day of traveling. The staff was very sweet and helpful. Traveling can be expensive so I appreciated the discount at the cafe for being staying at their hotel.

The only thing that could’ve been better is the bathtub, I wanted to take a bath after having a long day but wasn’t sure if it was just old? I saw rust on the tub, but for the price it was worth staying there. I’d definitely stay again no complaints!

Typical US-style motel with a creative touch. Well situated if you want to visit Tijuna by tram/on foot (you can leave your car on the motel parking).

Breakfast is in their cafe, which you purchase for 1/2 price if you are staying at the hotel. Prices were good prior to the discount. The discount made it nice. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. They add fun touches and activities that you can partake in. Rent bikes, purchase and cook s’mores over their fire pit. We stayed on a Saturday night and they showed a movie by the pool. That isn’t a nightly thing, not sure how often they do that. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This motel was something nice and different than the national brands. I will stay again when in Chula Vista.

Service at the cafe was very slow. Family members ordered breakfast food and took nearly 30 minutes to get it. They could use more help in the cafe. The hotel was fully booked so parking became tight. I think there was enough parking, but had to park opposite end of the building where we were staying.

The hotel was so cute! We loved the aesthetic! The staff were efficient and friendly. Everything was jut easy. The rooms were comfy and spacious. We didn't use the pool but it was great looking and the fire pit next to it was cute too!

We had a wet spot on the floor in the room that staff told us was from a previous guests swimsuit. They quickly took care of it when we were gone for the day with fans and it was gone by time we returned.

The rooms were very clean. Staff cleaned our room everyday. The lobby is very cute and friendly. The pool area is beautiful that has a fire that is lit at night.

On Booking it mentioned that the hotel comes with free breakfast. However, when we entered the hotel the employee mentioned that is not true. My friends and I were expecting free breakfast each morning. However, if you are staying at the hotel you do get half the price off on food.

Despite being on the first floor, we didn't hear the family (w/ kids) above us nor our neighbors to our left. Staff was welcoming, helpful and equipped w/ knowledge about the area and San Diego in general. It was a simple place to stay for the night and we slept well through the night.

Our bathroom, though remodeled, still showed signs of rust & some molds, esp. shower area. Wished it came w/ a sliding door instead a shower curtain.

I have been staying here for the past two years and yesterday was unusually busy for the property with loud guests until 9:00 pm. After that time, it has quieted down until 6:00 am when some of the guests have started checking out. It was my first time to stay here when the property was this busy.

the Breakfast was really good and a really good deal. the staff was friendly and helpful and didn't bother us any. The location is really convenient for us This was our second stay there and we plan to stay there again

I can't think of anything. All of our expectations were met. The only thing I guess would be a small refrigerator in the room.

Clean and cozy motel. Free parking, pool on site. Cafe offers 50% discount for guests, food is good. You can buy drinks late night paying at reception. Stuff is very friendly.

A little bit noisy A/C. Also it can be a little noisy from I-5 which is close. Servise in cafe is slow :( Body wash dispencer was empty but we received toiletries. It would be good to have something in bathroom to put your clothes on, some mini rack, hooks at least.

Loved the fun vintage vibe and decor of the hotel. Everything was super clean. It’s near the E Street Transit Center. I liked the nearby walking/biking trails. The bed was super comfy.

Only a couple small complaints. The coffee shop’s food was just okay. I wish there had been a coffee maker in my room. Honestly, though, it was a great room for the price point.
