I was asked if i wanted to be on first floor or not. Everything is on first floor gym,ice,pool,breakfast. Really nice and helpful staff. House keeping us amazing! They even put my daughters stuffed animals sitting neatly on the bed. Very spacious the fridge is big enough to fit all those snacks & drinks. There are a few guest on the first floor that are staying a while and all friendly and keep you safe. It is already safe. 1-2 homeless around the back near the freeway they do not bother at all. There are many places to eat near by you can walk to Denny’s. Karina’s is next door seafood/mexican. Burger kind next door as well. You’re on the 805 pretty amazing. My kids loved the fluffy pancakes every morning. I enjoyed the oatmeal. Overall pretty amazing and always clean.

Gym is too small for 3 people in there. Just come back another time usually empty no biggie.

I felt like housekeeping uses the same sheets for every guest so I did not use the sheets it was old and could tell it wasn’t properly cleaned . we brought our own sheets and blankets and our sprays to spay the beds and the room and also I was charged twice so hopefully my money will return back to me

The breakfast just wasn't wat I expected. Not that great. Maybe cuz it was weekday that the food is different from weekend stay. Maintenance needs to learn not to yell at guests. Front desk staff is the best!!!!!

When I checked my visa card today i was charged for four stays with only one of the charges dropped. Two additional room fees need to be cancelled. I spoke with Robert before our visit and informed him i had inadvertently double booked. He said the matter would be taken care of so please cancel the two additional room charges. You have my number if you need to discuss this matter. Thank you.

Only ate breakfast once in the hotel. It was substantial for a bagged breakfast (Breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, muffins, granola bar, and an apple). The hotel was centrally located so we walked to the Denny's for breakfast one morning. Then the other mornings our son took us to breakfast at local restaurants

Didn't like the oatmeal or the snack bar. Could have offered cold cereal or maybe grits. There was one night that there was someone smoking pot on our floor. Your hotel is non smoking, and I wound up with a migraine for the night. The front desk person was informed and she did take care of finding the room that apparently was smoking so kudos to her.

I travel for work and first time that everything was good. customer service everybody was friendly. cleanliness , Brakfast

Room was very comfortable and clean. Pool was great. Breakfast could use some sugar free syrup but other than that the food was great. Very long bath towels.

Just the syrup was needed.

Location and convivence to things.

That when I needed to book additional nights your staff couldn't match my current rate through booking I had to go back to booking.com to show them the rate I was going to get. Staff at the front desk all who I talked to 3 different ones even the manager seemed as though they were being put out by my questions. Sorry to inconvenience them.

Breakfast was pretty good. A little more variety would be nice. (ex. bacon or sausage)

Wifi code did not work. Other than that everything else was fine.

I missed breakfast the first day. I thought it was a nice setup.
