Day staff and night guy at check in was great. Breakfast staff was exceptional

The fire alarm going off at midnight was not cool. 3specially since it 2as triggered by someone smoking, which apparently happens all the time with no resolution? The staff treated it like normal business? Also the balcony window faced a glaring street light which didn't help with comfort.

Beautiful area and very convenient. Loved how quiet it was and how easy it was to get the the places we were there to explore. Also great communication when I reached out advising that is was our first time in the area.

We booked our stay based on the jet bath tub and several of the jets didn’t work. Also, the breakfast bar was practically empty and my daughter and I got a bagel the first day and very watery scrambled eggs the next day.

We got a fantastic room with three beds. one of them being in a separate room where I was sleeping comfortably while my mom and my sister can sleep nicely in the main room. Plenty of receptacles and drawers in our room. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and coffee in the lobby. Having an elevator in the building makes it super easy for us to bring our stuff to the top floor.

I heard loud noises outside while sleeping my first night here, but the following night it was quiet. I also think there should've been more chairs. We found only two chairs in our room, but there is easily room for at least one more so that all three of us can sit.

The room was super comfy. The staff were top notch, Silva and Merced in the breakfast bar area were super helpful and friendly. the food was outstanding. Everything you could possibly want in a breakfast bar. Hot and fresh and well stocked. Having a breakfast bar is really convenient as we didn't have to load up the kids in the car and head to another restaurant, etc. just to start our day off on the right foot, with super delicious food with many choices. The front desk staff were also very efficient, friendly, and helpful. James, Zac, Courtney and Tina were always ready to help no matter what we needed. Delivered the crib and fan super fast. Gave us suggestions for the area, etc. I could not recommend this place more. The area was clean, and quiet. Some rooms backed up to the water, Elk Spit area and was lovely to look at and provided a nice place to walk. The sunset was awesome too. Provides a nice place for a long walk if you have the time.

Staff were friendly and accommodated our early check-in room request. Hotel is attractive and in a convenient location. Enjoyed viewing the attractive Koi Pond and mini garden. Room was adequate with the basics. Breakfast was good and served with extended hours. Liked the local tourist information center by front desk.

Our room was right by staff laundry and maids were pulling noisy carts along sidewalk and talking loudly. Room came lacking normal amounts of towels and other necessities. During our three day stay, only once did I request that our room be serviced while we were out; it was not done. We had to track down a maid to get our garbage emptied, get more tp, and get clean towels. Sheets did not fit bed properly and I had to remake the entire bed every morning. Breakfast did not offer many healthy options.

Nice place close to the main places to visit in Eurika and nearby, as well as to a grocery store and some restaurants. Complementary nutritious breakfast, hot tubs, beautiful pond with fish on the premises.

TV remote control was broken or the batteries need to be replaced as it was not easy to switch channels. The room had a constant unfresh smell even with open windows all day long.

Parking was decent. The checkin process was seamless along with a very well and detailed check in paper with all the information you need includes breakfast times, checkin checkout times, wifi, room number etc.

All was good. But the carpets need a very good deep cleaning. My socks were very dirty after walking for all of 2 minutes while getting my sandals. Other than that the rest of the room was very tidy and clean

There was a nice selection of food at the buffet style dining area. I loved the room we had overlooking the bay, and loved the fireplace style heater! The other very nice feature was the inner courtyard that had a hot tub and small swimming pool. The standout was the koi pond with huge koi fish and fern trees, with a bridge to cross over as you went out. That was unique in my (limited) experience!

Although we did have a fantastic view of the water, there are commercial buildings all around the back of the hotel, which are on the edge of the bay, so you can't help but see them when your room faces toward the ocean. But even then it was very nice.

The jacuzzi room with balcony was so awesome I could actually fit in the jacuzzi with my fiancee which was so nice to do on my birthday.

I called the front desk and I got nothing but attitude not even a how can I help you. Since I live in Eureka I figured I can figure it out but if I was from out of town and was talked to like that I would have asked for a manager. No one should feel like a nuisance on vacation.

We both have sleep problems, and had asked for a quiet room away from the high traffic area. They did not disappoint. We were on the back side away from traffic, and at the end of the hall. We loved it. The room was nicely renovated, and had all the amenities. The breakfast was a nicely abundant hot one, and you could take it with you on request. I finally found a place I'll frequent when I'm in the area!! Hope they have the Kinetic Sculpture Race this year- I know where I'll stay!!

Time flew by too fast- I can't think of anything else I didn't like! It was close to an excellent steak house, and across the road from the mall. What's not to like??
