All staff were kind and helpful, particularly the beautiful woman on morning shift with a different stylish hair color daily. She cheerfully answered our worried call asking her to find and set aside a forgotten pair of favorite shoes the day we left so we could drive back and grab them quickly before road tripping home. The one bedroom unit with two beds, one bathroom was great for our family of 4 adults who don’t mind sharing beds and a single bathroom. The two sinks and large counter was nice. Comfortable beds. A variety of restaurants, bars, and quick foods are in easy walking distance. It was a 2 block walk to the harbor to see fishing boats and watch the sunset. There is a chevron gas and convenience store next door, also with kind and helpful employees. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t have time to get in.

There was a TV only in the main room with the king bed, not in the queen room. But. an easy chair in main room gave one more of us access to watch with family if we really wanted to. Online hotel description says breakfast, but should probably say, ‘to go continental breakfast.’ Offerings: just coffee and tea, apples, wrapped muffins, granola bars.

The rooms felt comfortable almost home like. I like the extra room for the bathroom, and closet space. The coffee maker, and mini fridge helped a lot as well to make the day easier, and overall the atmosphere just was overall good. I felt relatively safe and welcomed. Definitely would stay again.

The shower. The floor dips in a bit from long use, and made me slightly nervous standing on it directly. Plus there was no rail as if it fallen off from something (Could be just that room I was in). But overall I cannot really find any in particular dislikes that was just off the top of my head from the experience in the shower.

The bed was very comfortable with 4 nice pillows. A/C worked great and was quiet. The room was surprisingly quiet in general, both from street noise and neighbors. Counter space in bath was generous and the room had plenty of "work space." Employee Toya was SUPER! Very accommodating, efficient, super nice and hard working. She is a real asset! Plenty of hot water and ice machine always had ice available.

The room had no towel rack near the sink and the towel supply was skimpy for two people. No maid service (we were there for 5 nights!) although I did switch out a couple of towels while the maid was near our room. I get there are staffing shortages, but 3 days seems the minimum someone should have to go with NO maid service, even if its just emptying trash cans and trading out towels. The breakfast was in a bag and except for the apple, nothing I or my husband would eat. Packaged baked goods - very unhealthy. I guess there is no room to present the normal continental breakfast and no refrigeration for things like yoghurt or milk for cereal... Another suitcase stand would be nice, although I NEVER find more than one in any hotel room. Most couples do bring two suitcases....

Liked the location. made a mistake and thought I booked 2 nights instead if one. got a call that I had 20 min. to check out but was at the top of Hearst castle and could not get down. finally my husband talked to her and she let us stay. really it was my fault. but she was kinda of nasty to me.

all facilities were great Staff was accommodating.

I appreciated the fitness center and thought the room was clean and only had a few signs of wear that didn't affect my stay. I have no complaints. The noise from Hwy 101 was loud only if my room's window was open.

For the first time in my life, this business refused to take my credit card, because it used a shortened version of my first name (Sam vs. Samuel) and didn't exactly match my ID. It didn't make sense as a precaution against fraud in my opinion.

I LIKED THE JETTED TUB IN ROOM 258.. HOPING TO GET TWO ROOMS LIKE THAT ONE.mother is 89 years . Hopeing for first floor for her room love to have two rooms with king beds and jetted tubs in both if possible

Like how small the little parking lot under our room was It was hard to get me large 4 door 4wd truck out of it. Otherwise stay was perfoct!

Safety and security is always on the top of my head when I’m staying at a hotel for myself and my vehicle. There are plenty of lights to deter anyone from breaking into the vehicles at night.

Parking spaces are limited if you have multiple vehicles.

Loved that there were 3 beds in one room.

We reserved the room same day of stay and would like to have had handicap accommodations but they were already taken. However, loved having three beds for 3 adults.

The room was quite large with a spa tub, extra sink in the room, fridge and microwave. Very comfortable.

We had to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper. They would only give us one roll at a time even though we were there for five days. Also the room could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
