Best Western Dry Creek Inn

The room ticked all the boxes - good bed, TV, chair for sitting, desk, clean, working heat/air, lighting options. No obnoxious automatic lights or fans that can’t be controlled - quite comfortable. While breakfast was not served, coffee is available 24h. This motel is a nice budget option in an area where nightly prices can be ridiculous.

The layout of the passageways was confusing and they felt a little institutional and uninviting, but with our covid challenges it is nice to have outdoor corridors. Maybe a small map would have helped me. That is to say, I was a bit worried when I arrived but quite OK when I saw my room.

Clean, good cleaning staff, air conditioning, lots of hot water, large rooms, comfy beds, safe, coffee maker + coffee, fridge, toiletries, iron, ironing board, tv, parking. Safe and secure doors. Small pool. Basically a v good motel, quiet, yet near Route 101

it was all good. No restaurant, but a good diner just across the parking lot and coffee place down the road

The room was very good, excellent beds. The location while not within walking distance of downtown Healdsburg was very close by car. There is a wonderful restaurant diner next to the hotel where we had an excellent breakfast. I am not sure the hotel warrants the price, but prices in Healdsburg are generally over priced due to the amount of tourism.

We had the Wine Suite, very spacious with King size bed in bedroom, large bathroom, separate living room with sleep sofa, 2 chairs, large screen tv, fire, adjacent bar/kitchen. Largest room I've ever had for the price of $212. Very responsive when we needed anything. Just stayed overnight. Very conveniently located close to Healdsburg downtown, and just 15min drive to Santa Rosa Airport.

No shampoo, conditioner in bathroom. Two lamps in the living room didn't work, one was missing. They promptly brought up what needed to be replaced.

It is a motel. However it is an excellent value for the area. We love Healdsburg but don't wish to pay the $400+ hotel rates just for a one night overnight from our home in San Francisco. The rooms are clean and the staff pleasant.

We were unable getting the electric car charger to work at the hotel. Fortunately there are other sources downtown. They are currently upgrading the rooms so you can expect some noise during the daytime. They appear to be near completion of the renovation.

The pool/ lounge area was exceptional. The area was called the Oasis and it was. There was a big pool and a hot tub pool. The hot tub pool was the best I've ever seen. It was big enough to swim and had a 100 degree waterfall that you could sit under. There was a great working fire pit where we had cocktails (brought our own) right next to the pool. All of us were impressed by the set up, the cleanliness, and the friendly, helpful staff ( especially the pool guy). I recommend this place without hesitation. Breakfast at the diner next door was awesome. I couldn't finish my corned beef and eggs.

The room was nice and was quiet except for an occasional kid upstairs bouncing something. No sound from the room next door.

I don't like outside corridors. Would have preferred inside corridors, but really was not an issue. It was too cold to try the pool or hot tub, but if we were around during the afternoon, we would have tried them.

The room was clean and updated from when we were here in 2019. The location of the hotel near downtown Healdsburg is wonderful. The bathroom was updated, it was very nice.

1. No Breakfast room - no breakfast offered. When we stayed here in past visits, we received breakfast and coffee in a dining room. 2. Totally inadequate Coffee Maker in the room- it did not work properly - and should be upgraded to a new type of coffee machine - it was very old and after going to the coffee making progress - the coffee was really bad. Did not use it on the 2nd day. Waste of time and energy. 3. The room appeared updated - but the carpet was very dirty - looks like it needed cleaning. 4. No maid service for change bedding and towels. Also, towels were on the used and worn side - need to place with newer towels.

Room was very nice. A bit small with two queen beds. Clean and great beds. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were put in a handicap accessible room which was fine being slightly handicapped. Two pools. The motel has two structures. One of which, as of June 24, 2021, was being used for a Covid quarantine facility. Guards all over the place with Bio-hazard trucks going in and out. We saw none of the quarantine people. Guess they were on lock down. Gorgeous landscaping with lots of scented standard (tree roses) roses of various colors. Really nicely done. They went the extra mile with their lovely landscaping. Nearby cafe was excellent. Sandwiches were really, really delicious. Looked like even many locals ate there. Waitstaff excellent.

Our room was at the base of the stairs so we could hear people dragging their suitcases up and down and soda cans dropping when dispensed. Kept our dogs on alert. No designated dog walking area or dispenser for bags -- at least that we could locate. So we used our own bags and walked them along the edges of their landscaping which I didn't wish to do as their landscaping was extraordinarily pretty.

The location is convenient to downtown and many wineries. Good breakfast at Adel's located just across the parking lot.

The room was more basic than other rooms we've had for the same price. Hardwood floors with no area rugs by the bed sides. Very small shower area, but the shower worked very well. The towels had were very small and had seen better days.
