Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor-Sonoma Wine Country

Stayed here while attending an event in Healdsburg (5 miles North), significantly less expensive in Windsor. Well maintained, well managed facility, clean and isolated from room noise. Still a "Real" breakfast served here, good quality and efficiently served. Free parking. TV screen in room is larger than many. This hotel is one of the better ones in Windsor, and the room rate was competitive. All kinds of shopping within walking distance. Decent hotel, would be happy to stay here again.

Bathroom exhaust system (which runs full time) was noisier than many, my third floor room location may exacerbate this if the machinery is on the roof. Not a problem for me, might see if a lower floor would be quieter if you're sensitive.

We really like the location, staff, cleanliness, and facilities

Next time we would get a room away from the highway noise. Also on the 3rd night of our stay, there was a party on the third floor above us. In my career as an airline pilot for 35 years, i spent about 3500 nights in hotels. It was the loudest distraction I ever encountered. We almost called 911 as we thought there was a brawl going on. We complained to front desk but nothing really changed until they decided to sleep a few hours later. Was very frustrating.

This was a wonderful hotel! The king room was spacious and very clean! The bathroom was large and the shower water pressure was perfect! There was also a pool and hot tub which were a great addition to our stay. The breakfast was a regular hotel breakfast, which we like but there is also a starbucks across the street if you are not into hotel breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again!

There was nothing that I can complain about. It was a wonderful stay and had everything we wanted and expected.

The room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the breakfast, which included an assortment of hot items. The facilities were fine; the pool area was quite attractive.

The bathroom had a permanently ON noisy fan, which could be heard even with the door closed. We would have appreciated a suitcase stand, as there was only room for one suitcase on a counter. We had received an email just days before saying masks would be required in public places (which gave us a sense of security) but it was not true and even the staff wore no masks. Update that email folks!

The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Haley (front desk) and the girl who worked in the morning (didn't catch her name) were both really friendly and helpful. The room was super clean. I could tell the housekeepers took extra care in making sure (especially nice during covid) that everything was sanitized and well kept. There were several other Hotels that I looked at before I booked with this one. I am extremely happy that I decided to stay here. Great location to make it even better!

Staff greeted us upon entering and also mentioned warm complimentary bkfst. Luggage carts located just inside the door a welcome surprise. Ice machine location clearly marked. Really liked the small mounted rack to hang coats/purse.

Would be an added bonus in an accessible room to know the lower tub faucet I think was for turning on the water, and I think since the lower faucet only turned a little that maybe the upper faucet provided warm water? Add or move the garbage can by the bed(s). Instruction on how to move the pic in pic on TV to full screen.

This is a fine choice for a room near the Sonoma County airport. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and helpful staff. There are several good restaurants nearby as well.

This time (as opposed to other stays at this hotel) there was an automatic light in the bathroom that bursts on when you go in in the middle of the night. Please disable these! They are dangerous as they blind me in the middle of the night and also wake up others in the room. They serve no purpose. We can turn on a light when and if we need it. Thanks!

property & room are clean & well kept & very comfortable.

Check in time was supposed to be 3:00pm we arrived around 4:30pm and our room wasn’t ready yet. I was told it would be ready within the hour & they would call me when it was. I never received a call. I went back around 6:00pm the lady at the front desk told me that the room they had assigned to us had still not been cleaned. The only saving grace ar that point was that she was able to give me a different room.

nice breakfast spread to start the day. facility was nice and right off the highway with some good food options in close proximity. digital checkin and check out was a breeze as well as the digital keys for room access. our room was big and comfy for our family of five.

pillows were a bit mushy. that is my only complaint beyond the surge pricing for graduation weekend.

Loved the cleanliness, comfort, location, breakfast, pool facilities and parking. Most of all, the friendliness of staff from the receptionist, breakfast manager to the cleaning staff. This is a very well run hotel by someone who understands what good customer service is all about.

There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like. The entire experience here was great customer service.
