Hotel Healdsburg

The room was spacious and comfortable with a seating area tucked in a corner separate from the sleeping area. I loved the two doors that opened out to Juliette balconies and most of all I loved the large soaking tub! The hotel is extremely beautiful, simple and elegant.

the only thing I could say was the bed was a bit firm, for some that would be preferred for us we like a bit softer :)

Room very luxurious and comfortable. Complimentary high quality snack food in room, restocked regularly. Also yummy breakfast buffet included in stay. Prime location. Friendly staff. While room rates are high, but commensurate with equivalent accommodations. However during our stay, it was relatively more economical than the standard rates for this hotel.

It is a great downtown location on the square.

It is really hard to get ahold of the front desk to change or modify reservations. Multiple phone transfers voicemails returned days later. People in the same group I was traveling with had similar experiences. In the end it was all resolved to my satisfaction it was just stressful getting there.

Location, very convenient to walking the Healdsburg downtown area. Thank you for the treats delivered to our room to celebrate Teri’s birthday and also our anniversary. Greatly enjoyed the five course dinner at Dry Creek Kitchen. The accompanying wines added to a fantastic dining experience.

I prefer the option of brighter lights in our room.

The staff were so helpful especially Tyrees. He attended to our needs from start to finish. The rooms were exceptional.. the best accommodations we have had in California to date. The beds were so comfortable, amenities complete.

Continental breakfast was included and was fine. Complementary beverages and snacks in the room was very nice! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. And, they acknowledged our anniversary with a bottle of sparkling wine.

The property is showing its age -- 20+ years and the interior could use some updating, finishes and furnishings.

There were two choices for breakfast. Buffet which was included with the room price, or made to order which was an additional price. They also charged our car each evening which was great.

The staff ALL were exceedingly friendly and helpful! Hotel Healdsburg, the staff and surroundings were absolutely amazing!

Everything was beyond spectacular! I will be back.

Wonderful location. Fabulous room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Traveling with our 10 year old granddaughter who loved the hotel and the swimming pool.

The location was perfectly located in the center of Healdsburg with short walks to shops and wonderful restaurants. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and we absolutely loved the suite we stayed in. The pool area was really nice too.

The breakfast was satisfactory but could be better. The bar and drinks were a little disappointment.
