Harmon Guest House

The location and staff are 👍. Rooms are a generous size. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant options within the hotel and its sister hotels are exceptional. Beautiful rooftop bar was very nice. Had a nice wine varietals that I had never tried and the apps were really good. Again great staff.

Pillows were a little too big and stiff. Our first room had people staying above our room who walked very heavily and it was constant, right up until they went to sleep and then early in the morning. We had to ask for a different room for the next evening and that room was nice and quiet. Pleased that the staff was able to accommodate us with a different room with no push back

The rooms are very comfortable, functional, and well appointed. We very much appreciated the abundant closet space and the fact that there was a little private terrace. The soaps/shampoo/shower gel were exceptional as well

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel where the safe was broken/not functional (different rooms). We mentioned this the first day we checked in to the front desk staff and they did not send anyone to fix it until the day evening before we were leaving.

We like the clean modern design of the hotel. The provided breakfast at the sister hotel down the street was modest, but was quite enough for us. The location is excellent for going out to eat at the wonderful choices available around the Plaza.

Our room was next to the main staircase which gets used quite a lot. There was noise from people using the stairs. The hard surfaces of the floors meant we heard a fair amount of noise from the room above. The pool was small and not very inviting.

The room absolutely exceeded our expectations. So roomy, comfortable, and little details that made it very special. The hotel itself was also very nice with great decor, amenities and location. The staff was absolutely fantastic. I would not stay anywhere else in Healdsburg from now on.

It was a little noisy at night. A couple rowdy groups. I did have to put ear plugs in around midnight. I stay in a lot of high end hotels and unfortunately this is pretty typical (the worst is Fairmont in San Francisco!) so I can’t ding Harmon House for this. It’s just how it goes in hotels. A party next door is one thing obviously but noise in the hallways or the street is just going to be unavoidable. That’s the only negative feedback but like I said we experience that at every other high end hotel too unfortunately.

Their continental breakfast was just right with a good variety. The coffee was excellent. The decor throughout the hotel and in my room was modern, contemporary and ultra chic. The rooftop restaurant was great!

Unfortunately, the location of the pool is surrounded by tall buildings keeping it quite shady all day. But of cousre, there is nothing that can done.

Every thing we encountered was designed to meet the guests needs. Free valet parking to free snacks and sparkling water in the rooms. We loved the bed and the pillows which felt like you were sinking into butter. This room was a little more than we would normally pay but it was worth every penny.

We had a room on the inside courtyard and the windows faced out to a hallway that was well lit all night. There were blinds inside the room that were controlled with an electronic switch in the room but one was broken so the light shinned into our room all night.

An architecturally modern hotel in a great location… it doesn’t get much better than this. Complimentary parking and a wonderful breakfast are additional perks. The hotel has a great rooftop bar/restaurant and the stellar eateries of Healdsburg are within walking distance. This is a gem.

Bed in 23 was not comfortable—higher in the middle. Flip over the mattress and it should be ok.

The Harmon Guest House is in an excellent location right in the city square close to restaurants, tasting rooms, bars, and shops. It's also close to many popular wineries in the area. Room was spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. Perfect for a weekend getaway to wine country :).

The location was superb - within easy walking distance of the town square and about a block-and-a-half from a scenic walking/biking trail. The staff members were extremely friendly and professional. At breakfast, our server made us complementary cafe-con-leche - this was over-and-above expectations! The room is serene and very comfortable. The WiFi is rock solid and really fast. The roof-top bar is highly recommended: great views and decent cocktails.

Some of the water dispensers were out of service, which is below expectations for a luxury hotel.

We loved the contemporary design of Harmon Guest House. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. We felt safe being there with the social distancing and sanitation precautions. The breakfasts at Spoonbar were delicious. We also had dinner there our first night. The ambiance is wonderful indoors and outdoors. The Rooftop bar has beautiful views, courteous service for drinks and small bites. Valet parking in the hotel was efficient and convenient. It’s easy to walk to the plaza or any of the shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return to Healdsburg so that we can stay at Harmon Guest House again!!
