The room was airy, clean and full of natural light. The view of the vineyard was spectacular, and the view of the stars from the balcony was just as good. The location was super close to downtown Guerneville which allowed us to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. The individual who checked us in did so remotely, however they were helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to finding an excuse to stay there again in the near future.

Naviv was very nice, with great customer service, and made me and my family feel right at home. I will definitely book this place again in the near future. The rooms were clean!!
The only thing that might need change is to notify the customer at least 2 days in advance, not the same day that the room you booked is not ready but you can upgrade for extra $40.

I have stayed here many times, i love the location, the comfort of the room and bed, and just how relaxing that place it by it being next to beautiful views. I tend to go yearly. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
All my slight complaints are Covid related, not the Inn's fault. The spa services were not available, the common area not available. It is totally understandable while we continue to endure the pandemic. Aside from that, i love this place.

Beds were too high for 93 yr old..should have 1 high bed and 1 lower bed in consideration for elderly and small children...need handrail for steps from front porch to street ,slat in dividing sink area and bedroom is unnecessary and is tripping hazard to elderly

It’s a nice location with a view of a vineyard. Some rooms have better views than others. Some of the facilities are a little tired. They mentioned a “wine tasting patio” which I never saw! The pool is nice. The rooms are ok. Could be updated.

Very loud in the mornings with people checking out and cleaning crew coming in. We stay Saturday to Monday and unfortunately many people checked out early Sunday morning so there was nonstop noise between guests checking out and cleaning crew coming in after them. Would have liked to have a quiet morning to sleep in but unfortunately this did not occur.

What I liked about this stay was the quiet, convenience, and accommodation of the staff. The staff made the biggest difference and the best impact on my satisfaction.
The two things I did not like were minor. The first was need for better signage on the units to mark them as part of the larger complex. At the very least corresponding numbers or a small sign. The last minor thing was the housekeeping staff coming into the unit before getting a response from inside. Given the layout of the unit, it made for an awkward situation were the guest in the bed was exposed to the outside world. Not the best way to wake up on a cold morning. Other than those two things, it was a great stay.

Great cabins/ rooms. Incredibly friendly lady at the front desk. Had a plumbing problem in the first room we were put in but moved without any hassle. Allowed late check out which was greatly appreciated. Loved the retro fridge in kitchenette and also nice view from the private patio!

We were traveling with our 8 month old baby and they were so accommodating and helpful! They even went out to our cottage and started the heat for us because we arrived during the rain. We were in Redwood cottage which was perfect for a family. Having a fridge/freezer and kitchen was so nice. We will definitely come back!
