Beautiful location and beautiful lodge. Super pet friendly and welcoming to our dog daughter. Complementary wine tasting when we arrived and live music the follow day.

Unfortunately, without knocking and waiting to see if we were there, the cleaning staff opened our room at 3:40pm to clean; we had just returned from being out all day to chill before going out again and my partner was standing just outside the bathroom (right in front of our room door) naked when they opened it. When they returned to clean our room later they tossed out some of our personal toiletries - unsure if they thought they were garbage.

Gorgeous property on the ocean! Restaurant is excellent! Views are fantastic. Staff super friendly and professional. So relaxing to walk around the trails and watch the waves crashing on the rocks. The property is super private and the vibe is casual, non-pretentious. We splurged for a fancy room, which made our stay extra special. This place has gone on our list of favorite vacation spots and we have already planned our return.

Can’t think of a thing.

This lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was large and comfortable, with a sweeping view of the coast. The lobby and restaurant were spacious and inviting, and the food was excellent. After dinner we joined other guests around a cozy outdoor gas fire. There was also live music - a quiet but talented folksinger. When one arrives at a place like this after bicycling 35 miles with a 30-pound touring load, what else could one ask for?

The vinyl lending library is a clever idea, but the phonograph in the room didn't work.

The location is lovely but very remote, you're basically stuck with their restaurant as the only option unless you bring your own food. Playing records in the room was unusual and fun. We paid quite a lot and got the room with the "forest view", which actually meant "tent view" (they put up a tent to create outdoor seating in order to comply with COVID guidelines for restaurants). The receptionist I talked to was very accomodating and readily moved us to another (better) room and provided vouchers for on-the-house cocktails (which were not bad).

The breakfast was poor, they brought it already cold, which was a bummer. If you do get a room with a "forest view" be prepared for a "tent view", as they won't be able to move everybody to other rooms...

Amazing cliff top set above the Pacific ocean. Lots of great hiking trails. Cozy lodge style atmosphere with great drinks and amazing food..

Our room (#2) was directly above the kitchen. The exhaust fan or something in the kitchen causes resonance that can only be heard when you put your head on the bed making it easily missed by management but hard for guests to sleep.

Gorgeous setting overlooking the ocean. Beautiful facility with great amenities. Very comfortable room. Great restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating staff at front desk - the room we were first offered had an obstructed view and when I asked if they could change it we were upgraded for free.

It’s expensive- definitely a splurge. But really worth it.

Location, architecture and view are everything. Very pet-friendly - our dog made a lot of new doggy friends.

Room was smaller than expected and more basic. Simple things like cushions and blankets for patio chairs not supplied. No way to shut out all the morning light. Staff (except for the waiting staff in the restaurant) seemed distracted and inattentive both days. We arrived late for check-in and still had to wait over half an hour for the room to be got ready.

What a location!! The view from the front situated bedroom was awesome! It was really cool vibe with a record player and lots of vinyl to choose from, board games and table tennis pool etc near the fire pit. Timber Cove Resort was like the ultimate grown ups camp. Loved it!!

The setting is very good and the lodge / rooms design as well.. The staff is friendly and helpful.

In our opinion the night tables are too small. Not enough space to put down a magazine/book and a cell phone. No free outlet by the desk. The duplex was used by the phonograph and the heater. We understand the room service issue and that was no problem, but were surprised that there were only two bath towels and no new towels for the second night. We did ask for some and got them immediately. One design issue is the height of the shower head. My wife is over 5 ft. but had a hard time reaching it.

Room, grounds and common areas were clean and very well maintained. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location, cozy room with fireplace & cool record player. Awesome lodge with sprawling deck areas and delicious food on the menu. Cool trails to explore along the cliffs. Spectacular ocean views. Unbeatable experience, all the way around.

It was foggy the whole time but still so relaxing and enjoyable. Asked bartender about camping on the beach nearby, he didn't seem to know, but he was very nice. It'd be great for tourists not familiar with the area to have inside info from staff about local happenings and current status.
