Very, very, very clean

Very convenient location, room nice and clean and had everything I needed. Glad I was on the 1st floor as I wouldn't have wanted to drag my luggage up the steps. Only complaint would be noisy traffic on the main street but that is no control of the facility. Would stay again

Not quite. No very clean. Especially the floor. Yes, but you pay less. You got what you paid.

UPON ARRIVING WE WERE GREETED BY AN EXTREEMELY FRIENDLY STAFF, EAGER TO HELP. GREAT LOCATION. HOTEL SEEMS TO BE RECENTLY UPDATED. FAIR PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET.

THE FLOORS IN THE ROOM WERE A LITTLE DIRTY, WE HAD DIRT ON THE BOTTOM OF OUR FEET AFTER SPENDING TIME BAREFOOT, OTHER THAN THAT THE ROOM FELT VERY CLEAN- CLEAN BATHROOM CLEAN BEDS ETC. THE SHOWER HEAD IN OUR ROOM WAS INSTALLED WRONG (CROOKED) THAT WOULD MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR SHORTER PEOPLE TO SHOWER BECAUSE YOU CANNOT AIM IT LOW ENOUGH OR CENTERED, I AM 6'3 AND WAS ABLE TO SHOWER BUT STILL FOUND IT ANNOYING. THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM FOR THE BEDS TO BE BIGGER BUT WE KNEW WHAT WE WERE GETTING (AS ADVERTISED) SO NOT REALLY A NEGATIVE, JUST AN OBSERVATION.

Very please with this little place downtow. Everything looked remodeled, rooms clean, comfy beds and its location was great. We walked to everywhere we needed to go. Close to shopping and restaruats near the marina and beach. The little restaraurts around had the best fresh foods anyone can ask for ranging from breakfast, sushi, mexican food carts, and many other local business. Vons grocery store few blocks away had the some of the best fresh street tacos at night outside on the sidewalk.

Sirens at night from downtown woke me up a few times. But can't do anything about that.

The room was quite comfortable with a comfy good-sized bed. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The location was great, close to the beach, resturants and grocery store.

We were in a room at the back and there was quite a lot of noise from a vent pipe outside the bathroom window at all hours. Also the room above us had people walking around a LOT late at night and the footsteps were loud and obvious.

Room was upstairs and very comfortable. There was a separate bedroom with a queen bed just off the main bedroom. Everything was very clean. Hotel is in a good location close to beach, shoreline drive, and nice restaurants and bars. There is also a Vons grocery store on the next corner. We stayed three nights and enjoyed our stay.

There was a wedding party staying in the hotel and they were very noisy after midnight and then again at 5.30am - i had to all reception and they said they would look into it. There isn’t much that can be done about rude guests but at least the noise stopped.

Was just there overnight, but this was a great place to stay. Welcoming and friendly staff! Location was fantastic! Easy to walk to beach, Shoreline Village with all the cool shops, and the wonderful Aquarium (definitely worth a visit!!!!), all within 15-20 minutes, I took a little longer route that was a wonderful stroll along the marina! There also was a Vons grocery store 2 short blocks away, so with the microwave and mini-refrigerator, I went to the Vons, then didn't need to eat out!! The minifridge has a small freezer, enough for one small frozen meal. There are restaurants nearby and some great ones at Shoreline Village and along the water towards the Aquarium. There's a breakfast place next door that looked fantastic, but I brought cereal with me.... Could take the 111 bus in from airport for $1.25 that drops off just a few blocks away (although bus only runs once an hour so I just missed it and took Uber instead, was just $19.95-hint, if it's crowded because a plane just got in, wait about 10 minutes and the price may drop, originally it was showing about $30). To get back to airport, super easy, 2 short blocks up to the Vons & the 111 bus picks up right in front of it! $1.25 to airport! Sure it takes longer than Uber but $1.25! Can't beat that!! Room itself was super clean, bed was comfy. It looks like an older property from the outside, but has been updated inside. Bathroom is really great, fantastic shower!

Towels were a little thin, but plenty of them and they still did the trick!
