Grab and Go breakfast is easy and perfect. Check in was simple and easy going. Room size is nice for 4 people. Parking lot was just right. I will book again when in the area.

Smoking area right in front of the main entrance is a negative. Right when you step out in the morning, the smokers are the first sight and first breath of fresh air.. well, you actually do not get fresh air. But once in the parking lot, you can breath. My bathroom had a smell or odor. I'm going to guess someone smoked in there. My son is sensitive to smell and he said it smelled like smoke to him.

Place of location. The floor plan with mini kitchen area. The functional work desk and functional makeshift closet with draw curtain. Easy check-in/check-out process. Free parking

Only had a trashcan located in the bathroom. It would have been nice to know need of requesting necessary kitchen supply packages prior to arriving to facility so can pre-request. Strong Odor in stairwell entrance. That a small pet gets charge the same as a large pet which was one of the.reasons I let.my pets at home with a friend. Grab and go.breakfast

The staff are exceptional polite curious on every level I like the fact that they're willing to help if something is not to somebody's like me they go out of their way to make sure everything's okay some of the best staff compared to a lot of the hotels I have been in I recommend extended stay in Newport Beach 24 hours a day 7 days a week with somebody ask.

I can not say enough about the staff there always polite and eager to help in any manner that is needed, the rooms are clean and spacious the grounds well maintained, excellent place.

There was not one thing I disliked, the General Manager Jay Has great staff and they all are kind and warming people

Location was great for our needs.

Our room was great EXCEPT for one thing. The carpet, although it looked clean, was very dirty. Walking barefoot turned the bottom of my feet black as though I'd been barefoot outside all day, which I DID NOT DO. First time I've ever experienced such a thing.

Very friendly staff, breakfast from 6am (very helpful if you have jetlag!) and a great location. Bed was pretty comfortable too.

Not super clean, particularly not the bath room, and the cards that open the door were often broken. But these are minor issues.

The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I liked the bathtub. The way it was made, you could slide into it. They're pet friendly. Every year, I rent a room because my dog 🐕 is PETRIFIED of fireworks.

The room was spacious. What I like the most was the bathroom. It was huge compared to other hotels that I stayed at. I was so surprised that the room has a full size refrigerator. I love it but I did not use it at all.

There was no sign tag ' Do not Disturb' in the room.

Shalom, The room was large, clean and the location was great. It was close to fashion Island Mall. I went to whole f foods every day. I was able to shop at Macy's. Also eat lunch at Cheesecake Factory.

Shalom, I was on the fourth floor. When I walk done the hall someone in one of the rooms was smoking drugs. They need to specify no drugs and we will have every hour someone walking the halls checking for drugs
