Residence Inn by Marriott Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

I liked how homely the hotel felt. I also appreciated all the utensils that were provided in our room, there was more in there than I expected. I was very impressed too with the breakfast service and options. I eat a vegan diet and was anticipating the idea that I may not have much to choose, but was pleasantly surprised to see oat milk was offered, hot cereal and various topping to put on top it of or make my own cold cereal with the granola and fresh fruit.

If I had to say pick something I didn't like it would be the fact that I didn't have a room with an oven. I was given the option to request prior to booking the stay, but I was informed and understood that it wasn't guaranteed that I would get one. I also wish there was hand soap in the bathroom, I used the shampoo in place of the hand soap when I first used the bathroom.

love how spacious the rooms are we stayed in the King room with a sofa bed whoever designed the space use the space exceptionally well everything had a purpose, and was very useful and comfortable loved the room  and already reserved for our next trip 

there was nothing that I can complain about in the room. The only thing I can say that was a little negative is the elevator was very scary to ride in it would shake a lot and crackle a bit uncomfortable to ride in 

The property was nice. The staff was great

The beds are terrible and we found a Maggot in one of the room while pulling out the bed from the couch. The staff did change us room. but it was disturbing.

Location and breakfast!

Only had Pepsi products. I like Coke better! Had to wait about 15 mins at check in because my room was not feather-free even though I requested it during my resevation.

Very clean, staff was very nice. Overall a great stay.

Only thing I didn’t like had nothing to do with the hotel. We went swimming and there was two Moms with like 8 kids total. They were jumping in the pool, splashing us all the time. The parents could care less… No supervision from the trashy parents, come on! Raise your kids, discipline them.

Breakfast items like oatmeal and muffins were not replenished when they ran out more than half an hour before closing time

Smelled great, super clean.

Breakfast could have a little more effort. Pre-prossesed breakfast is OK but could be better.

It was in a convenient location

It was dirty, we never received any addition towels or housekeeping, our room was first floor next to the dumpster and basketball court, we could hear everyone in those areas very loudly.

I it's just a very nice clean Hotel hopefully when it started getting old they will keep it clean

It's kind of expensive

The room was big and comfortable. The outside area was really nice too. They had barbecue grills and a nice basketball court. The pool was really nice too. We really enjoyed our stay.

I can't complain about anything at this establishment. Everything was great.
