Hotel d'Lins Ontario Airport

The location is convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby and super close to Ontario Mills. Although the furniture and decor are old-fashioned, the hotel had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The fact that there is a microwave and mini-fridge inside the unit was excellent. Water pressure from the shower was great. Parking was plentiful. I don’t understand the negative reviews because you get what you pay for and this is one of the cheapest hotels in the area.

The were 2 minor complaints we had: 1. the door wasn’t weather-proofed (there’s space on the side and on the bottom which sound and cold-air flows in). 2. The curtains don’t overlap completely so there’s always a bit of light coming in from the top.

When we travel we like to go all the way. Also trying to stay with them budget. It was my first time booking there. I booked one of their newly renovated jacuzzi suites was very nice. Was very clean. Everything was brand new The girl in the front I can't remember her name was really friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great day and I would recommend it

I can't really say anything bad that I didn't like. Everything was okay. I will definitely book her again if I have any other events or business in the area

Front desk staff was very accommodating and communication was great. I had a room with a new spa tub, it was AMAZING! The beds were comfy but, could use more pillows :) Lots of parking and easily accessible.

There wasn't a dresser or some place to put my clothes out of sight. The Closet didn't have doors. The AC unit was pretty loud but, not to the point that it bothered me much. My room was newly renovated I believe.

Large suite style units, separate pool and jacuzzi, guest laundry, breakfast and usually the bar has happy hour from 5-7p beer and wine.

Im still waiting for the deposit to post back to my account even when I received the receipt of the refund. Contacted my bank and the property and neither can say why it's taking so long, $100 USD deposit. Room rate was $76 paid $90.06 With taxes

This was my second time staying at Hotel d'Lins. Since my last stay, they have completed many of the renovations to the property and the courtyard was definitely more eye-pleasing as the spa was sparkling clean. I stayed one night after attending an event at Toyota Arena. The room has a microwave and mini-fridge.The room was clean, bed comfortable. The shower was a huge spa combo. The property was quiet- a restful night

Lights were flickering outside and one of the rooms had a broken refrigerator, and our bed had a broken spring

they had to change my room because the AC did not work and I had wanted with jacuzzi and the one the change did not have

nothing really, just would be nice if they would use air fresheners to avoid the natural carpet scent, not a big deal but the scent hits you as you open the door for the first time, otherwise liked the place

I like this hotel for location. It was cheaper than others hotels around. The room was clean and employees were nice and helpful.

The first thing I notice once I checked in and on my way to the room was the yellow caution tape that was around the hotel hallways. Looks like they might be doing renovations or something. It just gave me creepy vibes. Like a crime scene.
