La Quinta by Wyndham Ontario Airport

Love the location. Our room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, they had everything. The girl Natalie at the front desk was so so very helpful and answered all my questions. She was super sweet and always giving great customer service with a smile. She went out of her way to grant my requests. By far the best employee there. Juliana can learn from her.

I checked in on Saturday 9/3/22 about 10 minutes before actual check in time. The reception girl named juliana was very unprofessional, didn't tell us the pool time hours, or what time breakfast begins and ends. Just gave me the room key, she was not nice or pleasant. A few minutes later I came back inside with my luggage and the same girl Juliana was on her phone taking pictures of herself and talking to another employee using foul language. So so disappointing that they would have people like that working at your hotel.

Everything was great! I stayed for a couple of weeks and no problems. There was one night where some people were making noises either above me or next to me, but it’s not the hotels fault.

What I didn’t like about the hotel is that you can hear the toilets flush all around you in different rooms. It’s actually gross to hear. It’s the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where that happens. I stayed there before I don’t remember hearing it. You hear all day and all night. I expect that at a motel 6, but not at a Wyndham property. That should be changed and fixed immediately.

Convenient to areas we needed to be at, and the staff and breakfast were good

We were put in a handicap room and the beds were too low, and room was not as clean as it could be.

The overall property was clean, breakfast was decent, there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and staff was attentive when asked. the swimming pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff was friendly.

I requested for my room to be cleaned the day before (as requested) and my room did not get cleaned until I called and requested it again. the carpet was also sticky in certain areas of the room. The bathroom doors also do not lock and the bathtub was peeling. The shower did not spray well and it took a lot longer to rinse my hair. the toilet also did not flush well and I had to flush 2-3 times for it to go down.

This was the first time, I had stayed at this La Quinta and maybe only the second time ever at a La Quinta. The location was excellent and generally, the hotel was very nice: staff, breakfast was very good, room, etc.

When I initially entered the room, there was a very strong odor. Rather than request a different room, I went to the local Target and bought Febreeze. I used an entire can over my stay, spraying it into the carpet. That at least made the environment comfortable. I did not mention it to the staff. I might have extended my stay (in another room) except that on the day I checked out, water was turned off from noon until 4:00 for work on the water system.

Vanessa at the front desk was awesome Always with a smile my family and I totally felt welcomed.

There was just one incident during breakfasts with the front desk girl who was attending the breakfast area I went to serve my self some bacon and there was a long hair inside the bacon pan. Obviously I brought it to her attention she in a very rude way asked me what? so I pointed at the hair you will expected that she will remove the pan well she did not she with her bare hand just pulled the hair out. Also there where hairs on the waffle maker and coffee area there was no tea and coffee creamer. Since this girl from who a I don't have her name gave me a very rude attitude I brought it up to Alfredo front desk person as well and he courteously attended my complaint with a nice attitude.

We called the property to ask about checking in early. Alfredo answered the call and he was very polite and helpful. When we arrived he immediately got our information down and assigned us a room. When I went back to our car he also offered to carry back our heavy ice chest when he saw me struggling with it. The next morning while we ate breakfast I noticed him helping with the breakfast bar and interacting with other guests. He is an incredible, hard working, and very fine employee who seems very dedicated to customer service. He makes me want to stay at this property again.

Proximity to the mall as well as being pet friendly. Room is very clean and spacious.

Need to change the bathtub especially the floor of the tub. The people next door are so noisy, near the adjacent door area ( rooms are connected with a door) that means that area is not padded to lessen the noise in that particular area. Some people sitting near the exit door ( going to the pool from the hotel) and smoking pot. Pet stains near the exit door ( to the parking) should be regularly cleaned.

The friendly and helpful staff and this time I was able to catch breakfast and it was a good breakfast.and the guest were friendly,

My room when we walked in the room it was a strong smell, I was able to take care of that with spray and incense. The bathroom wasn't as clean and the vent in there was very dusty but that didn't stop my stay, I've been to this place before and I loved it, im just thinking maybe they were very busy and on a time limit things happen my living area was very clean and the beds are comfortable.

I didn't like to see two or three cockroaches in furniture drawers
