Comfort Inn & Suites Near Ontario Airport

Sam did an exceptional job working great under pressure when the system crashed and he had quite a few people ready to check in. There was another lady that was also amazing during our stay but i didn't catch her name. She was a latina with black hair in a pony tail (braided) and glasses. Our rooms were huge! Clean! Comfy! Parking situation was a breeze. The breakfast was awesome! The ladies in the lounge area were great and kept everything tidy and were quick to refill whatever was needed immediately. Definitely would recommend and definitely would stay here again. I'm not a snob when it comes to hotels so this place was great for me. Clean, free breakfast, parking, pool, and free wifi and close to a bunch of eateries, PERFECT. 3 The furniture was a little out of date and it had wear and tear but again, everything was clean so I'm fine with it.

The only thing i didn't like was that i had left my trash out of my room in the morning. I seen the housekeeper already doing the rooms next to us. She passed next to me no acknowledgement, no good morning or a smile. When i came back after awhile she was gone and my trash was left untouched. I figured maybe it's protocol not to touch it or something. I still left it out because there was food in it and i didn't want the room to smell. When we came back in the evening it had been emptied but there was no bag in it. So that was kind of weird to me. But not a deal breaker at all.

This is one of the hotels i like to stay at when im in Ontario,its location is quiet and very convenient as far as being close to the mall and freeway. Theyre breakfast variety is great and delicious. The rooms are spacious and quiet,i had a wonderful good nights rest both nights i was there and i will definitely be back when i visit the city.

the side door is broken. security not so good there. ans the room above us 232 was making so much noise we were unable to sleep at all. we called the front desk and it stopped that early morning and resumed later in the morning again. it sounded like elephants were walking or bowling pins falling

Privacy, attentive staff, very very spacious rooms, comfy bed and linens, my room was super conveniently close to my car and side entrance so I didn't have to go to the front or see many people which I really appreciate with having my kids with me 👍🏼

Lighting could be a little better but not at all worth the complaint....my room wall air conditioner did go out and leaked water all over the floor- I was given floor towels and told how reset it which I understood being that the staff was suddenly rushed by a lobby full of new customers by himself so I didn't mind - only thing I didn't like too much was the handles in my restroom kept coming off and the restroom doors were hard to close

It was newer and clean. Bed was comfy. We liked the breakfast.

I didn't like that the bar kept saying it was going to be open and it wasn't. That was disappointing. And the ice machine on the 2nd floor never had ice but other than that, out stay was very good.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to to pay a second deposit when I wanted to stay longer.Breakfast could of been a little better. Maybe it was just that day. Plus the bathroom could of been a little bit cleaner.

Really good staff here. They are very friendly and will go beyond most to address your needs. Michele in particular, she deserves a gold star.

Some issues with the in-room refrigerators. While they work well, they are imbalanced in that the legs have not been properly adjusted which leads to excess vibration noise.

I didn't get any breakfast, I just made my own breakfast. I don't know how the breakfast was? The maids were all very nice and helpful, they always got me everything I needed: clean towels, toilet paper, took the trash, asked me if I needed anything; Front desk staff was very helpful, and gave me all that was requested, besides a new room with no-new construction. For the most part I thought the rooms were very beautiful. Also, the shower, sink, and mirror were very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV, desk, flooring and lights were very nice, too.

The toilet could have worked better, didn't have strong flushing strength, I always had to be careful with it. There were holes in the wall, from previous hotel customer, that was newly spackled-(that was still wet). I had to ask for another room, the staff said by the evening time maybe, so I just kept the room. Bedding had stains on it, and the comforter. Other than that for the most part it was clean, hotel staff-(man) came and changed the sheets by himself with my help. Was very quiet, other than the pounding upstairs neighbor.

very clean facility. the outside grounds were well maintained. Rooms very comfortable and laid out well

there is a shortage of front desk staff. i walked in and there was a sign saying the staff would be back shortly. i waited 15 min then left for dinner, came back 45 min later same sign was up. took another 20 min for staff to show up and check me in

I love this hotel! It’s my second time visiting here for vacation. It’s a perfect location and it’s close to everything we wanted to do.

Housekeeping does a good job on everything but the room floors. You can tell they barely mop only if they have to. Our bathroom sink must be filled with hair because it drains slowly but other than that great place place.
