Love the location it was a bit secluded which I like not so much noise. Close to the anime expo I went to so I didn't have to walk far. It was clean staff was nice and the room was nice and pretty big compared to other two bed rooms I've stayed in.

The t.v connection sucked it kept showing no signal. It was going in and out so kept the t.v off most of my time there. I also wished the plugs were a little closer but like how there were a good amount of them. Wish they had maybe a USB outlet in the lamp would be a good improvement. There was also a street light that was lightning straight on one of the beds didn't mind because I was sleeping closer to the door , by sister didn't really care for it however. If they made it so we can close the heavier curtains than the light ones would have not been a problem.

I liked the location, only 20 mins from the event, clean, nice staff, good king size bed, great extra hour to check out at 1200 pm

the parking for NYE it took us a long time to find parking, the pillows are not comfortable

It was clean, quiet, and yes the AC worked. As long as you turn off the AC and turn it back on it fired right up and cooled the room down. Checking in was easy and the staff was nice. Good prices. Room had mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Super close to the airport which is why we stayed. And close to dennys and shopping at the Ontario mills mall.

Vending machines were expensive but I expected that. I needed some water and for 2 bottles it was 9.50. So definitely bring your own.

Ordered breakfast was very good. When you could find any hotel staff, they were very helpful. Not much more to be said about this.

Room was a bit clunky. The atmosphere appeared to feel like everyone on staff was trying to get things done with the least amount of resources, not much consideration in engaging the people paying to stay there. “Finding reasons not to” seemed to be the general theme. Parking relative to entry points that provided convenient access to rooms was horrible.

Great location near fwys and lots of restaurants and stores a mile away. There’s lots of parking. Great price and they only took 50 as a deposit where other places take 100. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again. I really enjoyed the King bed.

The negatives are few: The carpet floor felt dirty, the counters and the room phone was dirty and sticky. There is no water to drink. 1 smart water costs $6. These minor things can be fixed I suggest you bring your own sanitation stuff and wipe everything down.

The overall property was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms had that mildew smell that’s pretty unpleasant until the ac is on. I don’t understand why there is no ventilation for the bathrooms.

Area, location convenient to airport, friendly value. Ability to check in early

Coffee not ready for guest in the morning. Coffee means so much to most travelers and it was not ready when I went to get some. It was only between 8:30 & 9am.

I like how kind the front desk young lady was. She’s the one that works in the afternoon until about mid evening. Very flexible and welcomed us amazingly. The AC in the room was probably my favorite. Beds were comfy and pitch dark when you close the curtains.

My stay there was too short.

Clean rooms and nice pool area and lobby. They had comfortable beds and bathrooms. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the convenience items/store. Easy to get an Uber tu the customer

I thought the price for breakfast for my family of four was really steep.
