Embassy Suites Ontario - Airport

I liked that breakfast was served prompltly at 6am. We had to head out early each morning and having breakfast ready to go was a big plus for us. the location of the breakfast was very easy to find. also there was plenty of room to sit with my family.

what i didnt like was the variety. we were here for 5 nights. After the 3rd day the same breakfast was a little boring. It would have been nice for a little variety maybe every 2 days. Also the complimentary evening snacks were nothing impressive. started off nice with fruit and cheeses but by the 3rd day there was only trailmix and chips and salsa. i wouldve preferred a wider variety of snacks

Breakfast was very good I just don't care for Powdered Eggs. The Eggs to order station was a great fix for the powered eggs. I like the way you change up the breakfast menu.

I did not like the ideal of having to pay for parking. You had plenty of space and parking should have been provided for free. There was no TUBs in the Room only a showere.

Breakfast was good. We like having the restaurant in the bar area. Menu is limited, but food is good, and we don't have to go find a restaurant at the end if the day.

Noise issues from Freeway reconstruction. Hotel cannot control this, but combined with airport noise on the other side of the hotel it made this stay less attractive. We have stayed numerous time as this hotel and had good experiences.

Everything is always very lovely and clean . The staff were amazing and always willing to help with a smile on their face . We Love the rooms and all the amenities, especially the breakfast and happy hour . This location always is our go to for our business trips to Southern Ca .

Carlos, front desk clerk, check us in as this hotel does not provide electronic keys used within the Hilton Honors app. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answers all my questions. He even reminded us to visit the dinning area first before it closed for that night, as we were very hungry upon arrival and finning hours were almost over.

No electronic keys offered as used within the Hilton Honors app. to check in without visiting the front desk.

Nice hotel, everything was clean. Employees were nice.

I was surprise taking extra money from account. I expected based on web side they ask for 200USD as deposit but they charged me 700USD. Of course those money will be returned to your account but it was really unexpected expense.

Good breakfast. Nice rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

A lot of guests were NOT wearing masks when they were walking around the hotel or in the elevator or waiting for elevator. The staff needs to be much more strict about this mask wearing policy. A family checked in without having any masks on them- the staff should have asked them to buy masks from somewhere before returning to check in.

I was happy to see that the made to order omelet station was up and running. The Front Desk staff was nice.

The Housekeeping Manager was rude and aggressive. There was a discrepancy on the check out time listed on Booking and the time the hotel actually want you to check out. The way the housekeeping manager handled it was inappropriate and unprofessional, and that why I rated them an 8 instead of a 10.

The AC inside unit exceeded our expectations. The morning breakfast included in our one night stay was good. Location of hotel is central to other nearby businesses. Besides taking us a minute to find the front desk clerk, she was very informative and helpful.

With all honesty the front desk welcoming was none existing. It took us a minute to find front clerk and I believe it was due to short staffing helping other departments.

Breakfasst was very good

Wi-fi was not very reliable. On a couple different occasions, my laptop said I was connected but I could not reach the internet and would have to disconnect and reconnect.
