Larkspur Landing Roseville-An All-Suite Hotel

Great location for what I was in town for, the area was nice and had everything you could need. Parking lot was well lit and large, and felt safe. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was large, clean, and had everything you could need (and then some). The staff were all super nice and helpful. Also at night the doors are locked and can only be accessed by your key card or by calling the front desk, which I thought was a great safety measure. I had a corner room facing the street and there was a good amount of noise from traffic at night, which is fine for me as I sleep better with noise. There was no noise otherwise; I never even heard my neighbors. This is a really nice place, and definitely worth the price.

The carpet in the hallway had some slight bunching in the middle, as if it's too large for the area or it's lifting from the floor. I noticed this on both the ground and second floors.

The room was great with a kitchenette (didn’t use but nice to have if staying more than a night), plus the usual stuff. Bed was comfortable, slept well. Had everything we needed, plus the location was great. Less than 5 minutes to the giant mall, food, and our business conference destination. Small selection of breakfast items available for pickup in the mornings. An easy and smooth stay and checkout.

Could hear the traffic outside and an occasional train, but was constant enough to be a type of white noise. Pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but there were 4 to choose from.

Configuration of the room. Having a full size fridge with freezer to refreeze our ‘ice packets’ preventing the task of buying ice for the return trip home. Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was included. Handy order form and quick pickup the next day. Much appreciated during the pandemic

The bedroom didn’t have an air conditioner in the room. The one in the other half of the suite had to try and cool the entire suite. There was a hole in the wall between with vent covers hoping the cool air would go through it. Poor design. The soap, shampoo/conditioner dispenser was in the shower adjacent to the shower head. Inconvenient, kept banging into it. Suggest it be relocated to the shower wall opposite the shower head. Lastly, there needs to be a second chair for the table so two adults can eat at the same time. Had to put a cushion on our cooler to make a makeshift stool.

Iwas very much impressed by the front desk clerk-- very friendly and helpful. The suite was extremely nice but with only one night I didn't really get to explore the amenities very much.

It is a little tricky with the construction on I- 80 and the placement of the hotel to find it. I had about 20 minutes of searching.

clean and centrally located. nice attentive staff. didnt have that hotel must even some nice places have. room was comfortable with good amenities. good place for an overnight or business or a family stay durin the summer. thanks!

i wish breakfast was facilitated on a larger scale but i wasnt mislead about it like many other places.

location was great and the grounds were lovely

it’s getting a little shabby, drapes are torn, shower curtain liner is too narrow to keep all water in and and too long - I was stepping on it there’s an opportunity to provide a nice box breakfast but the pastry and bagel are in cellophane wrappers

I liked that the refrigerator worked, the bathroom size was good, the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice, and there is a restaurant located directly next door to the hotel.

I didn't like that the countertops were not very clean, the paper towels were almost empty, and there were not enough clean towels for two people on arrival. Breakfast is advertised, but they offered nothing and did not tell me they had a section to buy food if I wanted to. The analog tv was dated and the DVD player didn't work. I didn't like that the room I reserved was much smaller than what was advertised. The bathroom door does not provide much by the way of privacy. It is a sliding door that doesn't lock.

I really appreciated the ability to do laundry for free. Also, I definitely appreciated the ability to keep our dog with us. The rooms had a good amount of storage space. They were also very responsive to repairing the ventilation system quickly when we moved in. The staff in general were extremely friendly and responsive.

It was a little bit noisy outside, because we are literally right off the highway. The kitchen actually was very well stocked, I would’ve loved to have had a small oven, but the kitchen was good for what we needed it for.

We had stayed at Larkspur Landing in Tahoe before. As expected, we were welcomed with a clean room and clean smelling sheets. Bed mattress was nice and somewhat firm, which is what we prefer. We had the grand suite so the full size fridge, kitchenette, separate dining and living area was very comfortable. 700 sq ft of space made the 2-day stay a delight. Close driving proximity to the mall and restaurants. The parking area felt safe. Check in was also a breeze. Lastly, my daughter loved how they offered Hagendaaz ice cream in the lobby (to purchase).

It was amazing how fast they got a room for my daughter because check in is at 3, but she needed a room at 9 AM. My daughter was in labor and needed a place to be as her and her BF live an hour away. They had to wait until the hospital would keep her, so I got them a room to stay in. The staff made sure to find her reservation quickly and get her all set up. They called me personally to let me know they were ready for her to come in. They took the time to make sure she was taken care of. It made me feel like it was all okay since COVID wouldn't let me be there.

There was nothing she did not like, except being in labor LOL
