We were greeted kindly and checked in quickly. Our room was lovely with every amenity we could ever need including a microwave and refrigerator so we could prepare food in our room. Everything was clean and very quiet. I didn’t have one bad thing to say which never happens. My boyfriend ate the complimentary breakfast and said it was mediocre which was to be expected, but nonetheless a free meal! Overall it was great! Thanks!

I truly have no complaints, maybe expand the parking lot a bit is all. That was the only issue which was very minor.

Clean and nice location

The front desk lady upon checkout was rude because we had a luggage rolling rack in our room. She made it a point to raise her voice in front of everyone in the surrounding area having breakfast saying what we did was wrong and not acceptable. We apologized and never had this issue in the past at any location we have stayed.

My first impression is of the location and appearance of the hotel, which was excellent. When inside I was warmly greeted with very polite staff. My room was very comfortable and met my needs. I needed handicap parking and was lucky to have that space for a couple of days. I enjoyed one breakfast and even though I was late I had hot eggs, sausage and biscuits. Thank you, for a very comfortable stay.

You could have a few more handicap parking places.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the design and furniture was planned with thought in mind of what guest would need and want. The kitchenette was perfect and we where provided with dish soap and a sponge to wash our own dishes. I really liked that the kitchenette had utensils, dishes, and so much more for us to use. I also liked that the shower was well thought of. It has a corner step which makes it easy to put my foot there so I can shave my legs. And it had shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the shower wall, for the family to use. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is beautiful. It is also in a great location

The pull out sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great, however the weekend I was there two kids teans were there. They ate up everything.you know how kids are.

Nothing, all was great. In fact I understand there is a Hilton membership program . I will research, however I noted that only a few Home Suites in program.

close to everything, big rooms. loved the fridge, microwave. The was comfortable. The sheets were very soft.

noise from freeway, the towels and washcloths were worn out, one of the washcloths should be retired for just cleaning. in room coffee not good, downstairs wasn’t much better, but to be fair, I’m a Starbucks fan. The breakfast was just ok. waffles were very good.

Nice room, comfortable bed, nice maid

Not informed a room key is needed to operate the lights. No information in the room. Not informed the room would not be cleaned daily and came back after the first night out and no room service, no clean towels, and no T paper. You have to ASK to have the room cleaned each day, you have to go or call the front desk for towels and toilet paper. If you call, you have to wait for delivery. The electronic key for use on the rear outside door works sporadically. Not just for me but for several other guests. Fortunately in the daytime, a nice room service employee came down to open it. Coffee maker plug does not work in the outlet by it. You must find another plug to use it.

I like that the staff Juliana was very friendly and she made my stay very comfortable. She texted me and ask about the room and if I needed anything. I stay at many hotels but need got a message about my room and if I needed anything. That was very nice of her. Thanks for making my stay the best! Benny

I didn't like that I had to leave early to check out because of an event a had to go to. I will stay longer next time to enjoy the place.

The location of the hotel is right off the highway. Once we found it, it was so easy to get around. Check-in was easy, the digital key option was not working but the staff was super helpful with checking us in. The room was clean and had a sticker on the door showing that it was clean and ready for us. The kitchenette area is great for families. Everything was clean and waiting for us. Cooktops are available at the front desk but we only used the microwave and fridge. The bathroom is very nice and clean. Big tv. Plenty of room for kids to hand out. The room overall exceeded our expectations.

The two queen beds were almost like sleeping on the floor. They are newer beds but super firm which hurts my bad back and hip. That is our only complaint though.

Hotel and room was really clean. Room was very comfy and large. So nice having the kitchen area as well. Breakfast was great. Location was great, lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly!
