The hotel is located near many amenities including a grocery, fast food, petrol, laundromat, liquor store, smoke shop, pizza place and just down El Camino Real heading West, many more shops, restaurants and a Fed Ex centre. The rooms are kept very clean and the staff were friendly & nice. There's also a pool in the front of the hotel. It is accessible by bus if you don't drive. The 5 freeway is literally right across the street so you can go wherever you need to in So Cal. The room also included internet, cable TV, a microwave and a fridge. There's also a free phone in each room that accesses any number in the 714 area code. Other calls aren't possible.

This hotel does have people who regularly live there. There were no problems, sometimes the kids were loud in the morning but they weren't obnoxious.

I liked this place. They were renovating a few rooms. The A/C had to be reprogrammed. Maintenance Alfredo came promptly and fixed it. Check in and out was a breeze!! Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet at night. Across the shared driveway is a 24 hr Denny's. Good food, nice wait staff. I would stay here again.

Nothing really. Handicap spots were located by the office. None in parking area.

I liked that the air was turned on when I walked in and how helpful the staff was. Me and my boyfriend felt very comfortable there and the pool was in a great spot.

Nothing. The experience was great, I’d go back. There were hair dryers in the rooms and an iron, cable tv and internet. Beautiful place.

Good value for money. The rooms are small but clean and pleasant, with granite countertops and such. The location is great—right off the freeway and just a few minutes from Irvine. It has a pool which is nice at this price point. I liked that it’s next to a 24/hr Dennys.

A lot ppl smoking some beds are good some are not the staff are great though Joy she is a lovely person very understanding even the girl in the morning it’s a Mexican girl very lovely as well very professional.

The staff is so accommodating and friendly and helpful and the rooms are VERY clean, a but outdated (but word is 2022 is bringing an update), but great TV's and that ALWAYS works. Housekeeping doesn't knock on your door and then just walk in on you, they do a great job discerning between providing service and respecting your space and privacy.

The check out time of 11am is a bit early , but if you get the right person you can get a bit later checkout.

Told that a $50 deposit wad required and they charged my card $57.50 and I still haven't gotten it back

The room was cozy. Near a lot of shopping and food.

There were so many homeless people and people selling and doing drugs. Many guys want to come and talk to you. I barely left the room.

I love how food restaurants and gas stations was right next to the hotel

Nice staff! Room looks nice for the price! And the water pressure of shower head is surprisingly nice!
