convenient of location

I checked out early I was at a funeral till 3 pm I asked the first gal if I could have a late check she said no I would have to buy another night if I wanted anything after 12pm as a check. so I agreed to pay the 125 for my convenience. alter the Fairfield was working with the other family members and their times. so we agreed no problem, I came to check our the last person I talked she said well you still have to pay and you don’t get a discount I knew that, and was already upset about losing my niece. it was not need to say that so harshly, I had already had this discussion once.

The property was well kept. This might be weird, but it smelled good. Guest service was friendly, prompt and helpful. The room was really nice. The bed could be updated. We felt every spring and each other's movement. Plenty of towels, the shower is incredible. Loved the shelf in the shower. Great water pressure. Convenient soda machine.

The bed. Ancient mattress. Sagging-ish. The pillows are nice. We stayed in room 208 at 15151 Brighton Rd, in Brighton. The BW. I'm sure you know where. Fix that?? Hands down the best hotel I've been in!

My mom loved the breakfast. Nice staff clean rooms. Small but nice workout room. We were there for 6 days. Nothing fancy but nice.

The toilet took forever to fill up. So if you flushed, the next person had to wait almost 20 minutes for it to fill back up. The outlet in the bathroom sometimes worked and sometimes not. I would suggest higher toilets for older adults.

Because we arrived so late and slept in, we did not get to enjoy the breakfast however my husband did get coffee and the staff in that department was great.

The receptionist took a long time to respond to door bell and did not seem to happy to help us checking in, she was not very friendly. We did arrive later than expected because our flight was delayed but when you work in customer service, I believe you need to feel the guests welcome.

There was much available to us in spite of covid restrictions.

Our stay was because a new home we had built was not yet available. They checked on the room once to make sure it was kept up and then allowed us our privacy as crating up our cats was stressful to them. Very pleased with this hotel. In fact, one of our desk clerks will be our new neighbor right across the street!

Cleanliness

Confusion with reservation. Our Wednesday day was not scheduled and I was called on Saturday because hotel had us checking out that day which wasn't true. Extra worries that I didn't need. Poorly managed. No apologies, nothing.

Everything was almost perfect

I did not like the fact that they promote Eco Friendly, save the planet, use same towel, etc, then you get breakfast served on stirofoam plates, cups, plastic utinsels and plastic juice cups. Corporate should really look at the message they preach.

for us it was great location to the things we planned

the breakfast was great. the hotel was clean and I wish I remember the woman’s name she was awesome!

Don't think they had breakfast at my location...or I wasn't aware of it.

Everything was great. I couldn't see the spa though it was listed on the amenities page. Did see the pool, however.

So pleased we chose this place for our first night. It has everything we needed, friendly staff, convenient location and was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Highly recommended!
