The Westin Denver International Airport

everything was fabulous except the food was not. wasted so much money on bad food. should have went to the sports bar from the start. the breakfast was good but all else epic failure. horrible salmon couldn't eat more than one bite. just so salty and no good flavor. soup was terrible and again so salty with no other flavor. stayed for 3 days so had plenty of meals until we discovered sports bar. hope this helps. need a new chef especially for the prices of the food.

It’s right at the airport, so if you have a morning flight, this is the place to stay. Also, when we got there late in the afternoon, we walked to the wrong end of the building looking for the entrance. Thankfully, one of the servers in the hotel restaurant ran out a side door and brought us into the building and showed us exactly where we needed to go to check in. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

Well, the per night charge is a little steep, but nothing about the hotel made me think is was excessive.

Love the convenience of being able to walk right out of the airport and into the Westin. The staff were amazingly accommodating. I broke my leg prior to my arrival, and they had staff on hand and a wheelchair to wheel me to my room when I checked in, and to come back to my room to pick me up and take me back to the airport the next morning. The bed was incedibly comfortable. The bathroom spacious, and the towels plentiful. The room was well-insulated. Although I had a good view of the tarmac and runways from my bed, I couldn't hear any noise from the airport at all.

The price was quite steep. I paid just a little under $500 for a one night's stay), but since I had a broken leg and was in the middle of two long days of flying, I decided it was worth paying a lot for the convenience and ease of staying so close to the airport.

It had beautiful decor. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet for being so close to the airport. And best of all, it was just steps from the airport. Very convenient for late night arrival.

It was terribly expensive. I understand the convenience, but there was no room service menu nor a breakfast option. There was a Starbucks downstairs and restaurants close by in the airport, but I really would have preferred food in the hotel.

In room dining was great, much needed after a long travel day, View was wonderful from the room, room was super clean and had everything you could need or want in it.

Like everyone else, it is very pricey but the convenience was worth it. I paid extra for the breakfast to be included and the morning of I went by the front desk who acknowledged it but said to just let the restaurant know and they will take care of it-restaurant said at the end of the meal, sign for it and the front desk will remove it, ok, except I received my folio a while later and sure enough have been charged so now have to go through the ordeal of getting it reimbursed. I should have known better as I had read a previous review of the same nature.

Truly serves the purpose of a terminal hotel. The access is the value, and the restaurant works for a nice landing from international travel and it's cozy and comfy.

It's a little pricey, for what it is, meaning it's probably a $300 dollar night hotel vs. a $450 dollar night which is what it ends up being at check out. But that's where America is right now especially Denver! The staff is a little disconnected but nothing consequential. The proximity to terminal makes it totally worth it. Will be back!

Location, easy access to airport terminal. Staff were excellent.

The building shook with every plane and tram so much the curtains swung back and forth and the rolling shower doors wouldn’t stay closed. The air conditioner didn’t adjust to a comfortable temperature. The tv had to be reset by maintenance because the Wi-Fi went out. The electrical outlets next to the bed don’t fit U.S. plugs, so you can’t charge your devices on the nightstand.

Location excellent of course. Just steps from the terminal. Check- in was fast and easy. Sky bar in the lobby was a nice touch.

A couple things in the room didn't work too well. Toilet paper holder broken, so toilet paper roll had to sit on the floor. Shampoo bottle mounted in the shower did not work at all. No drinking water in the room. For the cost of the room, there should not been these issues.
