I liked that the tv allowed us to use our Netflix so my son enjoyed having his Mario movie. Way better than having cable, just remember to sign out of your account when you leave ;)
The hard floors and brick walls, it was very cold and the heater took a while to heat up but it was okay with the additional space heater provided.

There are very few choices on the breakfast selection. We had a broken light switch in the bathroom that would not stay on, the staff taped to stay on when we asked about it.(The tape kept falling later). Dirty parking lot, microwave. Comfy beds

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a welcome bonus. The room was clean and had recent upgrades. The pool is still under construction.
The mattresses in our double queen were not great, and the sheets either had too much starch or were not very good quality.

At our request they did give us a room on the first floor. Room was good size and clean. Very happy with the price. Better option than other value motels we have stayed at in Durango.
Breakfast was extra so we didn't eat there. No complaints with our stay.

Really the only downside was the breakfast could not be taken back to the room. That included juice. Speaking of juice, their orange juice tasted like a powder/water mix. So not big complaints by any means!

It was quiet during a motorcycle rally, which was a pleasant surprise.
Pool was full of mattresses so we brought our swimsuits and then obviously didn't get to use them. We chose that location just for the pool, so we were really disappointed.
