Club Wyndham Durango

Everything was fabulous- James from the front desk in particular, was truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and even helped in the weeks prior to our arrival with last minute recommendations and preparations for my sisters wedding. From the accommodations to the level of customer service, everything was even better than expected and top notch.

On our departure day which happened to be the morning following my sisters wedding, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unaccommodating regarding our request for a late check out (which was requested upon checkin)

The location was very convenient to shops and restaurants in Downtown Durango.

My room was located on the second floor where the game room was located. The noise coming from people playing billiard and foosball was unbearable. I would recommend building a soundproof wall to keep the noise level in the game room down for the guests. Also, I received an extra $100 charge on my credit card account without any explanation. I would suggest reviewing your credit card account to avoid unknown charges from the Wyndham.

Wonderful apartment. we stayed two nights and felt very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. the staff was helpful and very friendly. washing machine and dryer comes for free, so does the hot tub on the roof, which we loved. thanks for having us Durango.

Super Location close to Main Street, the train depot, restaurants. (a little close to the smell of the train). The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond. James was the best and helped with directions, suggestions, bringing us more soap and towels, and helping with our car when the battery died. We came as a group of ten, three rooms with a lot of space. The game room was a perfect place for us to gather to eat together.

Wish they had a pool, but it was nice that you could use the Best Western’s across the lot.

perfect location within walking of downtown exceptionally clean excellent facility with a great comfy bed, and the little balcony off our room really made it special. The hot tub on roof was great to watch the sunset

Exceptional front desk staff. Very clean property, both the room and public areas. EXCELLENT location in downtown Durango CO.

The only challenge we observed was the parking which is somewhat limited, I think, because of the downtown location. However, we did not experience any issue since we mostly walked and did not need to re-park during the day.

perfect location! the bed was super comfortable. the suite was roomy and had everything we needed. the pool room was great for our teenager. the hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing.

The location was great. The apartment was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable.

There is no window to the outside in the living/kitchen area. It may not a big deal to some, but it felt a bit claustrophobic to me. There is a lovely little patio outside of bedroom.

Very friendly staff, answered all are questions with the utmost care and consideration! Location was perfect, everything was within a short walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again!

There was not a thing that we did not like.

Good location, walking distance to town. Nice one bedroom unit. Having kitchen was great as I don't always want to eat out. Parking was close.

With Covid the hotel common area on second floor was closed. Gym open to one family at a time, precaution, but my wife was able to get her treadmill time. A good portion of the town was closed, no train to Silverton until May 2. Drove to Silverton and the town was closed up.
