Courtyard by Marriott Glenwood Springs

The front desk staff was SO helpful and kind. She even lent me an ice scraper for the windshield as our rental didn't have one inside! The bed was so comfortable, the parking was easy, and the bathroom was incredibly clean. Also, the desk that was in the room provided some much-needed space for a morning zoom meeting. Thank you for everything y'all do!

We did not go for the breakfast as 25$ seemed very steep. Also, the coffee maker in the room was kind of weird- I ran just a hot-water cycle for tea and there were weird floaties in the liquid ;/

What did I think of the breakfast??? There WAS NO breakfast!(( That is one of the things I did not like about it. There was not breakfast supplied. The staff was super helpful and professional, friendly. I have stayed at the Residence Inn also, and the staff at Courtyard is MUCH better.

Nice Front desk staff: William helped me a lot. He answered me bunch questions about local hot spring choices and later on helped me get some change so that we can use the coin-operated locker in hot spring pool. He even offered us additional towels to use in the hot spring pool. Location: Quiet and away from the downtown. Tennis court next door for the fans. 10 mins drive to the glenwood spring hot spring pool. A Target in the next block.

Nightstand electrical outlets very loose and simply not working for us. Have to charge my phone in another place. Bathroom door always closes itself. Personally not very convenient. Doesn't provide free breakfast.

i loved everything this place is so new and in a great location it is awesome! it was so relaxing and i got in at 12 instead of 4 like i thought i was going to have to wait thank you for all the hard work it takes to have a wonderful hotel

Very clean and modern. Quick and courteous check-in, with all the special requests honored. Room was spacious and the couch + laptop stand was super comfortable. The bed was perfectly supportive and soft - rare for all but the high-end hotels. The double-blackout draw-shades were the first time I had seen such a thing in a hotel, and allowed our room to be very dark at night. Very quiet overall - we got a great night's sleep.

$12 additional for open-lot Parking?! Really?!!! I would be happy to pay that for valet/covered parking, but not for open lot. Silly and I will be disputing this with Booking.com A little disappointing that the kitchen was closed and that the only Starbucks coffee available was drip. Oh, such 1st world problems. ;-)

Good locale. Clean and Nice.

I don’t like that they didn’t do housekeeping every day. We reserved the room for 2 adults but didn’t have enough linens for 2 people. Didn’t even have a soap dish in the bathroom. Just a little Spartan for the price I think.

High ceilings, comfortable beds, spacious and modern shower, hot tub, pool, and gym open. While the size of the room we chose was averages, the high ceilings gave the sensation of a larger space. The bed faced the window which made for a nice view.

Absolutely everything!! We will book our stay here every time we come back to Glenwood! Staff, room, pool, weight room & cute coffee/breakfast food too! We enjoyed everything, beds were super comfy too

The staff was amazing and super helpful. They were amazing. Ans the room was super clean and fresh.

My only complaint is no microwave anywhere for leftovers.
