Hotel is good and has all you need for a short stance. The room was big, clean and tidy. Even they have included a mini bar and microwave. There are also a lot of space to keep your belongs organized. It's a very quite place and well located near to a bus station, restaurants and shops. The personal at the reception always able to help you with what you need and very respecful about all booking process. They offer a decent breakfast.

Regardless there is a heater, room was always cold. It's not a big matter as bedding is enough to handle it but in winter you can feel the freeze even with the heat on its maximun. Breakfast has a lack of protein like eggs, for example.

The location was very nice as it was close to the airport. We did not eat breakfast.

The downtown streets were torn up making navigating the town difficult.

Always like to park in front of door to room but with 2 storey building not able to do so. As with most hotel/ motel rooms not sufficient lamps to allow 1 of the persons an option to stay up later, & room could have been darker when sun came up.

It Is Possibly My FAVORITE Breakfast At A Motel/Hotel Property - Better Than The Chain Properties!!! And, You Were So Kind To Set Me Up In Room #11 - My FAVORITE (As Per Requested). Great place to stay when you are on your way to the Rocky Mountains like we were. Parking in front of the spacious room and good bathroom. Very good breakfast.

Door to enter the room needed a bit of new paint.

Lovely welcome from the guy on the desk. Lots of variety at breakfast..fruit and eggs plus the usual cereals and yogurt. Comfortable beds. Perfect overnighter on our road trip.

WiFi could have been better

Everything nice lady at front desk. She went out of her way to make my stay better..Room was clean and nice everything worked..

The lady at the front desk made sure I had a bottom room liked I asked, and even went out of her way to save me her favorite room to make my vacation even better and suggested some real good places to see on my visit. She was so nice I even tipped her. I know it doesn't look like much alot of workers stay there so it hard to keep up with. But they are remodeling it peace by peace. I would definitely stay there again.

Woman at the front desk was delightful! The room was nice, comfortable. It was conveniently located and it was easy to get in/out of the parking lot and on/off the street. The area was relatively quiet and if it had been warmer I would have walked/explored main street (just outside my door) or the park (other side of the hotel).

There was a large gap under the door that allowed too much cold air into the room. The cleaner did not wear a mask while cleaning the room next door, nor when speaking to me. During the day there was construction work in a neighboring room that woke me up.

A coffee maker was provided upon request with enough coffee. The breakfast was above adequate. The room had a good, relatively quiet heater on a cold night.

The door lock was iffy at best.

The staff was amazing. They took great care of us and were extremely accommodating.

The room needs some updates and replacing of peeled linoleum, tattered carpet, etc. Proximity to restaurants and shopping was great. The biggest issue we had was the loudness and conduct of other guests. Overall appearance of some guest who seemed to be permanent, was concerning. I will just say if I were traveling alone, I would not feel safe.
