Beds were comfortable, room was close to elevator.

The breakfast was very sparce, few options. It appeared they were out of many items. Cereal dispensers almost empty. No other bread option other than bread wrapped in saran wrap. We got down to eat at 8am. Very disappointing. Also everything was very spread out over the large room. Waitress was in no hurry to supply items. Also, bathroom and room doors were dirty, wall by tub needed a better repair, tub surround needs repair more professionally.

Everyone at the property, staff that is, was wonderful and very curtious and attentive. So refreshing in today's customer service atmosphere. Had enough TV channels, towels and everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazingly tended. So nice to eat eggs that are done but not overdone or liquidy. I was very happy with the coffee and the variety of offerings. I appreciated it was included in my stay. Please don't change a thing.

Nothing of consequense.

The owner of the hotel was there to check us in; he was very friendly, talkative, and accommodating. Due to a minor problem with the room, he waved our pet fee. The room was clean, with a slight musty smell that immediately vanished after being in the room for a few seconds. Nice tiling in the bathroom. Crisp sheets. Quiet. Excellent breakfast with delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, and more. Hot shower and lots of pressure; our room did not have a bathtub. The Deluxe King had a nice desk, comfy chair and some room large enough for doing Yoga.

Only a slight musty smell in the room upon first entering, but it went away quickly. The location is nothing to speak of, but it is right off I-70 and near lots of chain restaurants, so it is convenient when traveling.

Beautiful room. Newly re-decorated and was perfect for our needs. Comfortable & spacious. Lighting was adjustable with many lamps, including a modern floor lamp behind the comfy reading chair. Large desk with a rounded extension we used as a table. Good mattress. In a newer area of Rifle, just off the freeway exit.

My family and I traveled from Westminster to Rifle for a fun weekend on the Glenwood caverns and the hot spring water and this was a good hotel to stay and rest for our next day of activity’s.The breakfast is good, they have the essential food, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, out meal, yogurt, juice, of course coffee 😁. We get satisfied 👍.

Convenient for us traveling through area

It was much more expensive than I would have expected ( but less than if we stayed in Frisco/Dillon area which is why we chose it ) I just would never pay over $200 for essentially just a clean, comfortable, basic hotel room.

Breakfast was good, but limited to the same thing for the 3 days we stayed.

The rooms or section that we stayed in was very noisy. Wall are very thin. Doors closures within the rooms slam doors shut. Easy to hear people in neighboring rooms two to three rooms down and across the hall.

Two queen beds, frig, Toto toilet, nice shower, nice carpet, ability to park lose to exit.

This was a good one night stay. I don’t have any complaints. Last year we stayed at the Hampden In across the street. They are good but have priced themselves out of what we are willing to pay. Your motel gave just as good value for less money.

Beds were awesome, room was cleam and close to amenities.

Train your staff not to say that you are the only "pet friendly" hotel in Rifle because that is untrue, this was the response I received when I asked why the pet fee was so high. Plus the attitude was less than desirable.clean. Maybe put a vent in the pool area so the entire first floor isn't a sauna the minute you step out of the room.

It was convenient to the town. A nice safe area for walking around. It’s dog friendly. Attractive, clean, and roomy. The landscaping is well maintained. The breakfast had a nice variety including hot food. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.

It was exactly what I like in a motel. No complaints at all.
