Glenwood Springs Inn

Prompt check in, great especially when tired. I come here often. Once was greeted by a lovely cat named Blackberry at front desk. Rooms are clean and also have your choice of bath or shower but be sure to ask if you want a room with a bath.

One feature that would be great is for each room to have a tiny one cup coffee maker that they tend to have in hotels. I enjoy coming here and rather book here but sometimes I book somewhere else just because I want warm water for my tea which is great especially in the winter time. I think other guests would really enjoy it too.

The property had been renovated and updated and was attractive from the outside. We also found the rooms updated and most of all, clean and well appointed. It's in a great location - we parked and never got in our car again until we left Glenwood!

The breakfast was fine, but only available for 2 hrs. They have a sign asking you not to bring food back to your room, probably for the extra cleaning that involves at a time when the industry is struggling with staffing, but I think that's a bit unreasonable to ask.

All the staff and services were beyond expectations; great hospitality! The room is updated, though it is an older facility and usable in a homey way. The breakfast area is large, clean, well-serviced, and has a good variety of foods and beverages.

The room's sink water pressure was so poor as to be non-functional. The closet light fixture was broken. The door's slatted blinds were missing slats, causing privacy issues.

We loved our stay at Glenwood Springs Inn. Kind and very helpful staff, super affordable, clean rooms, located near all the attractions in Glenwood Springs. The rooms are small and no frills, but the price can’t be beat if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Glenwood. This is a clean and safe property. The breakfast is adequate - not huge, but most everyone in the family will find something to eat.

Breakfast needed more protein choices.

Location was great. Just a short walk over the bridge to get to downtown Glenwood Springs restaurants and shopping. Also an easy walk to the hot springs pool. Room was roomy. Bedding was comfy and warm, had a lovely duvet as well as a nice blanket on top - perfect for the cold weather we were experiencing. It was clean, staff was friendly. Nice big breakfast room.

The desk in our room oddly did not have a chair. No coffeemaker in the room nor lobby.

No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am. For us early risers that’s a long wait for coffee

First, this isn't the Ritz Carlton but a gem for a reasonably priced room in Glenwood Springs. Located close to "town", the Hot Springs Pools, the GS Gondola & golf course. The room was small but very clean. The room heater/AC worked well and was fairly quiet. We appreciated the absence of all the tiny bottles of soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc in favor of more eco-friendly refillable dispensers. There was a small fridge & microwave - which many hi-end hotels no longer provide. No coffee maker but the coffee usually supplied by hotels isn't good anyway. We were pleasantly surprised that there were 2 free-to-use EV chargers on premises. The continental breakfast was pretty standard but the room in which it was served was large, so altho it was packed the line moved quite quickly. It is within walking distance of several decent places to eat which was not true of some of the nicer places we've stayed. The staff couldn't have been nicer, warmly welcoming and responded promptly to my special request for a ground floor room. We wanted cups we could heat water in for tea and the desk clerk retrieved two from her own living quarters for us to use! We've stayed in GS several times and will stay here again in the future.

The bed was too firm for me, but most motel beds are. The street was busy but not obnoxiously noisy. The one outlet near the bed only worked if the light was on. A minor inconvenience for charging the phone - better for me to have to get up to shut off the alarm. It's not as scenic as other places we've stayed but if that's not a priority, this is a great value!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. I loved having the restaurant literally in the parking lot and it was really close to the hot springs pool! My daughter was happy to find a small playground and volleyball court! That was pretty cool.

The only thing i wished the hotel had was a small pool or hot tub outside. Heated pool, not cold. It would have felt nice after the long drive but I just soaked in the room bathtub instead! My kiddo enjoys swimming so having a pool at the hotel would be nice but overall its a great place to stay.

clean, everything we needed, convenient location to Aspen, front desk staff was very friendly, and there was a an area in the room that doubled as a desk/vanity for getting ready for an event. perfect!!!

the TV quality was a little staticky-looking (just kind old or maybe has to do with cable in the mountains). but the tv was not important to us at all. also, our room key happened (a physical key, not a card) was a bit bent so it was sticky in the lock.

Free breakfast, large, spacious rooms, refrigerator, microwave. Location. Quiet.

No separate hair conditioner in bathroom. Ice closet was locked all day 7-17. Were not able to get ice during nearly 100-degree heat. Wish breakfast room opened earlier to accommodate people with early reservations (rafting, hiking HangingLake). At the very least have coffee available at 6am.
