Great beds, clean, coffee on tap in the foyer

Breakfast was disappointing; no bread (for toast) available at all until I asked. No yoghurts. I often complain about the yoghurt’s always being flavoured and no plain yoghurts being available. in this case there were no yogurts, flavoured or otherwise

we booked this Inn at the last minute on part of our 6000 mile road trip and the inn was exceptional. The Clerk who checked us in, Kent i believe was his name, was extremely helpful. we had an issue with the thermostat in our room. after numerous attempts by him to correct the issue, he placed us in a huge suite to make up for the inconvenience. This man is an asset to this company and I would recommend this Hampton Inn 5+ stars!! The place was sparkling clean and comfortable The breakfast was extremely good. Out of all the places we stayed, 7 in total, this was hands down the best overall

I liked everything

They had reservations for the pool which made it nice to have the whole pool to ourselves. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but could use some options for dairy or gluten free but that's ok, I brought my own just in case. There are lots of take out dining options around. We ate at Culvers right across the street and loved it.

Couldn't get a pool reservation for the evening but got one at 8am the next morning (they were willing to have it open early for us since we wanted to leave at 9). The room is pretty cramped for 5 of us (two queen beds room) but for one night it was fine.

Breakfast was good, one morning we came down a little after 8:00 and things were a sparse. No eggs only 1 bagel.

Dogs should be kept on 1st floor, last day we saw some traces a dog left.

Wish there was a laundry room on each floor and didn’t have operating hours. Since you need a room key to get in not sure why it closes.

The main reason we chose Hampton was because of on-line reviews of other accommodations in the area, Hampton had the best. We were not disappointed, all the staff were great, the room was quite clean and spacious.

Unfortunately, there were noise problems, as most motels have, people shouting down the hallways, people stomping around in the room above us, and every night there was something banging outside, don't know whether on the building, or just in the parking lot.

Food preparation needed a little help but overall, it was acceptable.

Desk clerk couldn’t find our reservation. I not sure if he was trying to resell our room to use at a higher price. When we produced all the verification numbers for him to input into the computer, a miracle happened and we were found.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. I got good sleep after my long trip into Rifle and I was very happy to have nice place to stay for business trip.

I didn't have any complaints for this stay.

Beds were comfortable, the staff was great, they served us a decent hot breakfast and the hotel was fairly new and very clean!

The heating/AC system was complicated to work and didn’t work so well.

Breakfast was great. Didn’t eat every day but when I did it was good.
