Beautiful resort with exceptional service throughout the entire property. They always made sure guests were taken care of and we’re extremely attentive to our needs. It was the perfect place to spend my birthday on a solo trip. Everyday felt like a celebration. The food was great. I mostly ate at Polpo Palm Beach and Breeze Ocean Kitchen. The spa experience was simply amazing. The beach was lovely as well as the adults only tranquility pool. I like that they provided complimentary water shoes, given that there are some large rocks in some parts of the ocean water floor. I will definitely be returning.

Fabulous property – very expensive so you expect perfection. The service was outstanding however certain things seemed to break down because it is such a large property to maintain. Our elevator was broken for a day so we had to walk a long way to another elevator. Staff was very responsive and the lobby bar and restaurant is wonderful.
