Location was great, friendly staff, clean rooms. I had a feeling of sadness nothing going on, I know it is a place for relaxing, but it was way too relaxed.
A little music in the bar and dinning area wouldn’t hurt, I heard it from a couple of guests ourself included, people were walking in that area like zombies, music makes a big difference, any kind of music puts a smile on people’s faces.

The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant.
The breakfast area took too long everything seems to be on the gentleman and there were two other female staff that seemed to only have him working. The wait time took too long.

Room is a little out of maintenance. Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling. All knobs were loose inside room. A little bit overpriced for what it was.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The onsite restaurant was excellent - there were lovely chaise-side drinks and snacks too
I never got a beach umbrella- there weren't enough of them and there wasn't a process for a wait list, so those who had been waiting did not necessarily get the first available umbrella. My room was listed as partial ocean view with balcony and I could not seen the ocean from the balcony without leaning over and craning my neck. I paid extra for this view. I spoke with the front desk staff and manager and they were responsive and understanding and issued a partial refund. A very satisfactory resolution!

Pool was awesome, beach was comfortable the fact that the patio in back was big enough. Garden room was a plus, played pool while watching the nba finals on one of the 2 TVs in lounge.
The fact the hot tub wasn’t open and the bar and breakfast restaurant wasn’t open due to COVID 19, but understandable.

The hotel has everything you need. The Beach and pool were steps away from the lobby. The staff was so accommodating it was beyond expectations. Breakfast/lunch at Brandon’s was great! So many options to eat and they were very accommodating with dietary restrictions.
Not enough towels available at the pool and beach. But if you asked for it they would try their best to quickly accommodate you and get you some.
