the picture above wasn’t the property we had to change due to the construction wasn’t complete. new property was nice n in walking distance to a lot of things like the beach, the bars and restaurants .

The shower didn’t have a detachable shower head for cleaning lower Body parts. bed n pillows weren’t comfortable to us flat pillows n bed needed more firmness. we all have different sleep preferences.

balcony and porches are shared little if any privacy. Also the people next to us were out on the balcony smoking constantly so if we would have been able to enjoy the porch it would have been like being in a casino. Staff is up at 8am or before with blowers cleaning the sidewalk and porches so don’t plan to sleep in.

Our suite came with it's own private pool plus the beach was right across the street. I felt like I never had to stress or plan our days because the pool and the beach kept the whole family entertained for our short stay. The suite and pool were very clean and the decor was nice. There was small kitchen, equipped with everything we needed to throw together a few easy meals minus the food of course. Towels and soap were provided as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. This may be my favorite family vacation so far!

I have to really dig deep to think of something I didn't like. I guess the bathroom layout was a bit odd and tight in some spaces.

We went for Mother's day weekend, so that might explain the higher rate. $1000/night when all said and done. As far as experience and location, we'll definitely be back soon!! Located right on the beach sand, can not get get any closer to the water. Staff was great! Can't remember the gentlemans' name at check-in, but he was great. AWESOME!!

Holiday rates are a bit high. Will warrant shopping around next time.

The views of the beach and gulf are amazing. Apartment is very cute. Beds were comfortable. Contactless check in and check out. Beach towels and beach chairs available. Loved sitting on the deck, kids loved playing in the sand right by the patio.

Repairs needed; screen door broke, kitchen cupboard door broke, no vent cover on bathroom fan. Nothing that impacted our stay but for the price per night these could easily be fixed.

This company has several properties on both sides of the street. We stayed in a poolside unit. It was small but had everything we needed. A kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, fridge and microwave. Stocked with dishes, glasses , silverware and packets of coffee with powdered cream and a couple of sugars. The unit was newly remodeled, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels including beach towels. Housekeeping came in the morning snd took our trash snd brought fresh towels. Bd took the wet ones. The unit next to us had a private pool. A group of people could book all these units together and have a great group or family vacation. There are lounges, table and chairs with a bbq poolside. Across the street are chaise lounges you can drag down to the waters edge and sit beachside. You may still want to bring your own beach buggy with chairs, umbrella and cooler.

The pool was too warm. Like a bathtub, not very refreshing on a hot day when you want to jump in and cool off. It was perfect for night swimming. There are no outdoor showers anywhere that we could find. There’s a faucet in the corner down low that is hot water you can use to wash your feet. We used it, but consequently, there was sand on the floor from previous guests. We had to put hand towels beside the bed to wipe our feet before getting in. The freezer was so iced up we couldn’t use it. There is no ice maker on property either. A convenience store a few doors down carries ice. We bought a bag and kept it in the drawer of the fridge. It kept for the 2 nights and 3 days we were there pretty well.

I loved the location and my unit #107. It was very cozy. I will come again and ask for beachfront instead of beachside next time! Staff very pleasant and helpful.

I wish there was was more parking. People who are not paying to stay there park in the lot and I was afraid to leave because I wouldn’t have a spot to park when I came back. Also if you have company it could be an issue.

I loved the room, it is a few steps from the beach and 4 or 5 minutes from restaurants and cafeterias, there are also stores is in the central, everything is very clean and the customer service is super good. I really recommend it, I definitely have to return

Loved the retreat and the pool and sitting/grilling area right outside the bedroom door. Newly redone rooms - walk across the street and you are at the beach. parking right in front of the rooms. Staff was super friendly. We had one very minor issue due to the wind and it was resolved immediately after being mentioned.

We really enjoyed the entire hotel experience

I loved the overall stay, the room was really clean.

I just wish the website was more specific because I was under the impression that the room I booked was beachside, not across the street.
