Tropic Isle At Anna Maria Island Inn

The location across the from the beach was perfect. It was not far from bars and resturants. We had brought our own scooters which made travel from various locations so much easier.

Hotel was awesome but our reservation was not updated at the hotel from Booking.com. Not sure where the error was made but the hotel did adjust for the change in room and added our additional night stay, however we had to pay additonal with the hopes of being reimbursed (still waiting for confirmation regarding this). It was a little noisy as it is on a main drag, also lots of construction.

The location is perfect for Bradenton Beach, in between quiet Ana María Island and lively Bridge Street!! Beach was just across the street and all units surrounded the clean heated pool. Great pavilion with a nice grill, kitchenette was fully stocked and staff was friendly. We were so fortunate to have met great ‘neighbors’, which made our stay that much more pleasant!!

The units are small, but really don’t need a whole lot more than what you have. The sofa bed is not comfortable for adults.

The overall facility had a very beachy key West kind of feel as did the accommodations themselves. Everything was spotless including the pool and patio area. The beach was just across the street and they had lounge chairs dedicated to our hotel. They also provided a beach umbrella as well as separate Beach towels. The beach area was very quiet and he almost felt like it was your personal beach.

If zoning rules would allow, it would be helpful to have a formal crosswalk installed to get over to the beach area. The road is pretty busy but most drivers were fairly courteous and stopped to let us cross.

We weren’t served breakfast. We Did find a nice place down the road, had great coffee & a great view of the bayou. Our room wasn’t too far from the beach had a nice beautiful spot. The showerhead was very welcomed! If you had sand in your hair it got it out immediately! Comfy bed and nice Decour! I just wish it had a better stove. Love the palm trees out on the patio with a private pool. It was also close to the trolley pick up.

I didn’t like all the ruckus that was going on up in the room above us seem like it was 24/7. don’t know if it was up there but I had to bang on the ceiling with a broom stick a couple of times. And all the Cubans that came in that Saturday night and took over the patio and was partying till 2 o’clock in the morning. I didn’t want to use the pool after I saw a couple out there after hours doing the nasty. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t get no reception on my phone either, I had to go down a mile away from the room to be able to call out.

A lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable, and roomy. directly across the road from the beach. We had a two bedroom/1 bath/ full kitchen. They granted us a late check out of 11 am. which was nice but still a little early in my opinion. They also allowed us to park in their lot until 1 to allow us to use the beach and not worry about finding a public lot with spaces available which can prove difficult on a lovely warm day.

The staff were courteous and professional, the facilities were clean and organized, and the beach and weather were AMAZING!

The facility could use some maintenance (e.g., new flooring or ceiling to minimize noise levels, and reinforce or replace gutters and downspouts to prevent water leaks in the covered patio areas).

Was my birthday, they sent a bottle of a nice Pino Grigio to the room. Of course, no charge.

Very anonymus, no front desk.

The location was great. The staff were great especially Nicole at the front desk. The staff went out of their way to acknowledge my birthday with a card and bottle of wine. The room was clean and comfortable.

The grout in the bathroom was black and our hot water was not hot. The pool area was taken over by a large group and music playing.

The location was PERFECT! It was right across the street from the beach. The facilities were excellent including a super clean and warm pool. The rooms were also a great size for our party of 5 adults and 4 kids.

The ac unit in the room wasn’t strong enough for the studio we were in. So it was a little uncomfortable for myself who prefers to be cool at night.

Cleanliness, comfort and decoration.

In all my years of traveling this was the cleanest room I ever booked. Sets off the beaten path. We did not use the pool as our stay was an overnight. The only thing that I dislike which seems to be the action of many resorts is check in times 4pm and check out is 10am If your are staying for an extended period of time then it is not bad. However I was staying only 1night. The resort owners were awesome in working with us to get us in sooner
