Beautiful view! Amazing location! Great beach access. Very clean. Perfect! We wished we could have stayed longer. Will be back & hope to rent again!
If I have to say anything, it would be the parking spot assigned didn’t have the parking # painted on it. But if that is the only thing I can come up with…. That is nothing!

The place was nice.
There was no staff onsite to help deal with any issues. We had to pay for cleaning and they wanted us to do our own dishes and take and not use anything. Not happy about that then asked for a tip.

We never made it. The area went into a mandatory evacuation due to the hurricane. That did not stop Vacasa from keeping everything we paid for 4 nights. Again, this was a mandatory evacuation. We were not given a choice as to whether to go or not. They took the decision away from us. We drove from Ohio to Florida and was 2 hours away when Governor DeSantis came on TV and reported that the area was going under the mandatory evacuation orders. So, I am not able to say what I liked or disliked. The pictures were very nice. Vacasa told us they make no accommodations for weather issues. I was not aware that a mandatory evacuation was a weather issue. I thought it was a mandate saying do not come into the area. We were visiting not a resident... Cruise ships will offer full refunds according to Google or time to rebook your trip. To be fair, they offered us 30 days to come back down and take our 4 nights. I explained that my husband was having surgery September 11th and then would be in physical therapy 3 to 4 times a week for 6 to 8 weeks. It would be impossible for us to make it back down to Florida in September. They would make no other accommodations. Pretty much it was sorry about your luck. If you choose to book with this group, be sure to read the fine print. I will not do business with them again. This was a pretty expensive anniversary trip to not even have an opportunity to see the beach much less spend time on it.
