Staybridge Suites - Fort Lauderdale Airport - West, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast, staff is friendly, quiet hotel for business travelers, full kitchen in suites, clean.

Carpets in the rooms are dirty. No king size beds :( The location (scenery) isn't great for tourist, but because I lived in nearby cities I know how accessible it is to the highways and my office is across the street in the industrial park so it's a perfect location for me.

Everything was fine with the breakfast and the room.

We needed to get a taxis to get to the office of our client and to get dinner in the evening. We're foreigners so our phones were not working very well. We though the receptionist might ring the taxi for us. Nope you have to do that yourself! It seems like we don't help guests unless unless we are getting money from them! That would not happen in Ireland or UK or anywhere in Europe. They would ring the taxi for you. Being helpful costs nothing!

Exceptionally clean facility. Rooms very clean and housekeeping daily. Free hot breakfast every morning. Good variety of foods to choose from. Free washer and dryer on site. Kitchenette was well stocked with everything needed to prepare your own meals.

Facility do not have a restaurant on site, so you are left with finding somewhere to eat for lunch and dinner HOWEVER, there are very nice, reasonably priced eating places in the area, that are a short drive away.

We booked this hotel solely because we wanted to visit the Hard Rock Casino, it is the closest decent accommodation to the HR and the price reflects this. They run a free shuttle to the HR. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful.

It’s expensive for what it is. There is no bar or restaurant on site which would benefit all who stay there as there is nothing walkable from the hotel. The breakfast options were ok but plastic cutlery and paper plates? For what you pay to stay they should really provide proper plates and cutlery.

Rooms were large, clean and quiet. Large pool. Wonderful staff that were helpful and kind.

Airport shuttle waited only 10 minutes without notice that there was a time limit. Instructions on website stated to call after landing, we called once bags were arriving. We were told shuttle would be on its way and there in 10-15 minutes. Our bags took 10 minutes to come and 5 minutes to walk to the stop. We ended up having to get an Uber as the shuttle wouldn't come back for us.

The location to my business conference was great! The staff is super friendly, and the hotel breakfast was always hot. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable.

The hotel needs maintenance. Bathroom doors didn't lock, the stovetop glass was cracked and unusable. The shower lacked pressure.

Breakfast offered good options. The coffee was good. I used the exercise room one day and it offered good equipment that worked well. The hotel was quiet which allowed good sleeping.

Location made it difficult to walk anywhere. However, it was easy access to the airport.

The staff and breakfast were great!

The carpets were filthy…our socks feet were literally black with dirt from the floors in our room. Also the pool is not heated it was freezing and its in the shade majority of the day!! Also I believe an employee with non electric car kept parking in the charging spot taking away from guests with electric vehicles!!

We were in shuck when we opened our bedroom door!!! OMG!!! What a beautiful, huge, comfortable "room". It has: Full kitchen, living room, dinning table, desk, 2 tvs , the bedroom is huge, the bathroom is almost the sise as the bedroom.... AWSOME!!!!!!

Everything is EXCEPTIONAL!!!. We went to Hollywood to Guns and Roses Concert at the Hard Rock Live Hotel. We walk to the concert, and walk back at midnight to our hotel. The experience could not be better!!!. I highly recommend ANYONE even the must complicated guest, book this hotel, it is cheap in price, but 7 stars for ANYTHIG ELSE!!!. We are going back on Sept 16 to Alicia Key's concert. See you then....

Loved the comfort and friendly atmosphere. Airport/Cruiseport shuttle was good. However, they won't pick you up at cruiseport if you stay post cruise. Taxi was $35 from cruiseport to hotel. Uber is probably cheaper.

Not close to any restraunts within walking distance. Have to Uber . 8 dollar uber ride to the guitar hotel/Hard Rock cafe
