All very clean and only 8 min to airport

It was affordable, Clean and comfortable. No Riff Raff running around and it was Quiet . Housekeeping was wonderful 👍🏻

I didn't like the fact that I let them know what time to expect me and my room not be available to check in yet . After a long 3 hour ride I was ready to relax but instead I had to wait out in my car for another 1/2 hour then go back to see if it was ready. Again it wasn't so he put me in another room which was . But again I asked for the bottom floor and I was on the 2nd floor. Overall and besides that we had a good stay .

Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Honestly, at first I was skeptical of staying there because of the front appearance. If you focus on how the lobby looks you will miss a great experience. It appears that some sort of renovations is in progress with their restaurant. But listen to me, my husband and children was very pleased. Great TV channels and excellent wifi signal. We will be back summer vacation 2022 God's will🙏 CLEAN, COZY AND COMFORTABLE i say🥰🥰🥰

The lobby need an update

I like the fact that the are spend money to improve the overall hotel and it's looking really greate I've been going there for about 20 years and they have done an excellent job of raising the value and experience

I don't like how everything else has improved and the internet service still such for years if they could get that right I'll give them a 10/10 rating

Drove from Fort Worth TX to FLL. Booked room in advance due l once lived in FLL (for 16 Yrs), and knew the area. Visting Ole time friends and my previous church i was a member. Was doing my "bucket list", and the area and hotel suited me just fine. Room was Very Clean, quiet at nite times made room for a comfortable rest and sleep. Housekeeping member assisted me in walking up/down stairs, which was very nice and gave me 'hint' on how she overcame walking problems. (took her suggestion). THANK YOU.

Okay so given the 2 star rating and a ton of bad reviews we were basically prepared to sleep in a dump. But, the room was pretty updated, it was actually bordering on nice.

The only real gripe I would have is that at one point, this was clearly a smoking room. But in fairness, it can take years even with renovations for that to dissipate completely. The bathroom door was a bit sticky.. but that's really it.

All as described. Very friendly staff during check-in. Conveniently located to FLL - we only needed one short night and this was perfect.

Our room was bleached too much. It was very clean, but the smell was way too strong. We didn't change the room, but i see how others would. Go easy bleach? :-)

I enjoyed this stay very much. Hotel and room very clean/comfortable, aircon good, pool area nice and front desk staff friendly.

Wifi was slow but adequate. Avoid connecting rooms! I could hear everything thru the door ... including TV all night long.

We stayed here because they had airport and cruise terminal shuttles. The shower had very strong water pressure.

We were in room 107. The shower leaked and soaked the wall above shower. The maid needed to clean baseboard molding. Coffee and donuts would do in the lobby, or coffee pot in room.

Once I got to the room, I was quite pleased. Up to date. The parking lot looks as if a construction project was halted a year ago. While the room itself was fine, the surroundings were tired and in need of a major facelift.

Staff seemed tired and unmotivated. Not rude but not welcoming either.
