Hampton Inn Amelia Island

The staff were friendly and it was a great location.

I didn’t like having to go downstairs each time we needed new towels. This location needs more staff.

I was so pleased at how the lady at the front desk which could have been the manager was able to help us as we had to cut our trip short and she was so kind.

This is not a complaint it is a suggestion that I chose the Hampton Inn because we are seniors and before y'all had the rocking chairs out front which was such a nice addition to sit out and watch the traffic and socialize so I missed the Rockers and I also it would have been nice to have had an extra armchair in the room as there were two of us seniors..

Loved the staff, always friendly, helpful, professional! From check-in staff to those taking care of the rooms to the breakfast staff, couldn't ask for a better customer oriented staff. I hope they're treated as nice by their employer as your customers were treated by them. The breakfast was nice, fresh fruit was a bonus. The staff seemed glad that we were there! Really appreciate them for making our stay an enjoyable one!

Not much room to move around in but I got the available room which was a double queen. Other rooms may have been more spacious.

Friendly front desk staff and good location. Ample food at the breakfast each morning Good coffee and tea throughout the day and yummy cookies Towels and beach chairs are available on request

Food was a bit repetitive at breakfast Booked this place because of the comments about a comfortable bed, but just found it standard. Breakfast needs proper crockery and not throw away utensils and plates

I like the distance it had to the beach,and the costumer service at the front desk was nice.

We thought about staying another night but we didn’t do to some water issue they where having ,and the hotel having to shut down the water in the whole building so we got a little worried we wouldn’t have water for the rest of the stay… and the pool was a bit small.. an older gentleman kept trying to speak to my nieces and it got pretty uncomfortable at one period of time..so we decided to not stay another night.

The breakfast was really good and I liked that it was from 6-10:00 AM. We were able to eat before getting an early start. The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was so comfy.

The room had been advertised to be oceanfront but was not. I felt it was priced a bit too high, but found that to be the case in all of the locations we stayed.

Our room, #209, was directly below the gym. We were awoken at midnight and 6:00 a.m. with people working out and dropping weights. It sounded like an elephant coming through the ceiling. My husband went to the front desk at 12:30 a.m. to complain and they apologized and had the people leave the gym. The gym was supposed to close at 10:00 p.m.

Great breakfast,I loved the time frame from 6am to 10am.I also enjoyed how quite it was in the room unlike many hotels I didn't hear others talking or tv noises etc.all around great experience.

I can't think of anything,just wish I could have stayed longer.

Very good breakfast with options that changed slightly daily which was nice. Good service by the staff. Pool area was nice to swim and sit around in the evening before heading out. It was in the sun all day. The tap water machine was broken at the hotel but the reception staff were on hand to give me bottled water instead.

Having to request room cleaning. This should really be done daily.

Great location with short walk to beach and restaurants. The staff was very informative. The breakfast was delicious as was the coffee which was fresh brewed many times a day.

Did not have a charging station to charge our Tesla. It would be to their advantage to install a charging station. There were way too many dogs on the property and their owners did not pick up after them.
