I like how it was in a central location for shopping and restaurants, and still had a pool even though it's close to the beach. There were red flags and incredible winds that made the beach not as enjoyable/unsafe to swim. The front desk had towels so we didn't use up all our bathroom towels or the towels we set aside for the beach.

The sign at the front is very easy to miss. It's very low, blends in with the scenery. Also, the bathroom near the pool really, really doesn't need recessed lighting.

The hotel is 10 minute walking from de beach, it has an excellent and big room (offers microwave, freezer..), very clean room and a standard breakfast (bagels, juice, waffles..). The gym was very good too!

The first receptionist did not accept my passport as my ID document, she wanted an ID with an address, but i'm not from the US.

This the perfect place to stay if you want a beach vacation without blowing too much cash in Amelia Island. My only suggestion would be to install and outdoor shower or rinse off spot near the entrance so we don't drag in the sand to your squeaky clean place!

Satellite television---with Florida weather, the rain always comes and always takes out the TV. Kids have nothing else to do!

Our stay was excellent Shelly went out her way at breakfast to ensure we had whatever we wanted and made more of items that were out if we arrived downstairs later than most of the other hotel guests. All staff were exceptional!! Near everything and great restaurants!! Walk to 1 beach 5 minute drive to another better beach called American. Lots of History on Amelia Island, it made for an excellent GF trip during this Covid 19 pandemic. This hotel takes sanitizing and health precautions very seriously!

Instant hot water In kitchen and bathroom. Excellent shower and bathroom amenities.

Breakfast very disappointing since it was nothing but frozen food barely thawed and heated unlike the Hamton Inn just across the street that offered eggs, biscuits, bacon, grits, etc. Wi-fi coverage was horrible unless you chose to pay extra for upgrade.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The location was great, with plenty of eating options all around. Rooms are comfortable, and outside amenities, like grills , is a bonus. It was quiet and peaceful. Pool is probably great during useable season.

The tv Guide doesn't work, due to wrong date being set on tv. It was set to 2016! This makes it difficult since there is no listing provided of the tv channels that are accessible. Also, someone stole my Dallas Cowboys front license plate and bracket! Truck is only 3 weeks old, and have to buy a new front bracket.

This was my first hotel stay since the Pandemic shut down the world. But I was EXTREMELY impressed by all the measures taken to maintain a clean abs safe environment in both the common spaces as well as in my room. The standard room was great!! Wonderful size and the bedding was so soft. I loved it. Would defiantly pick this hotel and hotel brand again.

The staff was exceptional. I locked my keys in my car and the staff was very helpful in helping me solve my problem. The property had a nice homey feel, which made up for not being located beach front. I also felt very safe at this location.

Of course, I would have liked to have paid less but I understand that all things have increased. I would have also loved to have had a beachfront location, but truthfully, I was very pleased with my stay.

Unfortunately the Breakfast was premade, n the Breakfast Sandwiches were Stale. Very hard Buns, Waffle was not up to par, had better. As far as the Staff, Great Service, Rooms Exceptionally Cleaned. Beautiful!!

THE BREAKFAST FAIR, MAYBE LATER AROUND 9 WOULD HAVE PROBABLY BEEN BETTER TO HAVE BREAKFAST. THE FOOD WAS PLENTY, NICE VARIETY, BUT COULD NOT EAT BREAKFAST SANDWICHES, TOO STALE. NOTHING WAS HOT, OMELETS JUST WARM.

the room could use a good, solid cleaning. The sofa was stained and the carpet was sticky. The carpet was so dirty that the floor towel in the bathroom was turning dark.
