It was immaculate and modern. Every little nook and cranny was clean. I noticed the girl mopping, her water was clean😁, so yes, I notice. My husband is ina wheelchair so we were anxious about being away from home. But everyone…the valet staff, housekeeping, check in personel, restaurant workers, everyone we met was thoughtful and helpful beyond any place we have stayed. Everyone smiled doing their jobs, they greeted us in passing asking if we needed anything. We came to celebrate our anniversary and we were delighted. Thank you all for helping us have such a special weekend on our staycation! We can’t wait to visit again. Oh I mustn’t forget to comment on the amazing breakfast!! Also the blackout shades were wonderful and thanks for the earplugs😉. I also appreciate the glass mugs and drinking glasses in the rooms.

Excellent breakfast choices. The pool included a fire pit and had the infinity pool style edges. It was long enough to swim laps. The hotel was located in the middle of downtown near the best bars and restaurants.

Upon arrival, the valet service was confusing, but it got better. They require you to go inside to request the valet upon arrival, but the front desk staff seemed unaware of that policy. When we stopped in the street by the valet stand and no one came to get the car, I called the front desk and was told to wait there with hazard lights on. After half an hour, another car pulled up behind me, got out and went inside to request the valet, and he came out immediately. The valet said that I should have gone inside to request the service, as the other car had, and took care of the other car before mine. After that one bad experience, the valet service worked very well with an easy text link for requesting the vehicle.

We needed to stay downtown Gainesville for a night, and not only was this the least expensive option, but I was amazed at the facilities. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, sizeable and clean, but the swimming pool really stole my heart. So often hotels advertise a swimming pool one can hardly swim in, but Hyatt's pool is looooong! and the deck is amazing. Would recommend!

I don't like, in general, that there is music playing everywhere. On the pool deck, for instance. After a swim, I just wanted to lay down in the sun and read for a while, but the music on the speakers was distracting. That is not just a Hyatt's issue: it's pervasive in American culture. Everywhere has to feel like a mall, with background, generic music. The joy of silence needs to make a comeback.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The bed was beyond comfortable and the wifi connection was great. Didn't hear a sound from the local bars or restaurants. A/C was also perfect temperature although it did turn on and off every once in a while.

There was a slight peek of light coming from the window that hit directly onto the pillows on the bed which forced me to get up way too early. Also there was no bottled water in the room to make tea or coffee or just to hydrate. That was a bit disappointing.

Everything about it!!!!!!! From the moment we pulled in the parking space, the valets had us at hello. The facility was absolutely beautiful and breathtakingly incredible! The staff was amazing! I can't even describe how nice the room was. It was immaculate! Just when we thought it couldn't get nicer, the breakfast was everything!!!!!! Please walk across the street and eat at Relish. You won't regret it! This accommodation overall needs 10 stars! We will be back soon.

Not ONE single thing!

Room was clean, nicely laid-out...Staff was very friendly and helpful...breakfast was very good...enjoyed just sitting in the common area relaxing. Area around this location is very unique and interesting. Just wish there was parking at or near the Hotel...but overall it was a fantastic experience!

Deck or on grounds parking isn't an option...have to use Valet everytime we arrived or left (although the crew did an excellent job), still somewhat of an inconvenience.

Walking distance to restaurants. Evening staff was great. Nice furnishings.

For a fairly new property, the baseboards in the bathroom looked very unkept. Sometimes little details can make a big difference. Also, the front desk clerk during check in did not give any information regarding checking out. Just handed us room keys and pointed us to where we needed to go. The young lady tending bar that evening gave us info regarding breakfast and check out.

This hotel is rated 3* because it doesn't have those fancy extras(robes in your room, lux hand and body lotion, etc.) What it does have is 5* staff! Every person we met from valets to housekeepers to front desk personnel was outstanding! Breakfast was great and lots of choices with variety each day on the hot offerings. Location was wonderful, many things within walking distance and close to the University.

this is a newly built hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The room was really big with a little couch and desk. The continental breakfast was very good with many options. It is located in downtown Gainesville so it is close to everything.

since the hotel  is in downtown Kingsville, it can get noisy on the weekends and Friday nights because of music from the bars nearby.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect! We were just steps away from the Hippodrome and Liquid Ginger restaurant. Parking valets were super helpful and polite. They made our anniversary weekend awesome!

It's a little bit noisy outside at night but that's not something the hotel could do anything about. Either way, it didn't keep me from falling asleep.
